This is a scam. Ordered a drone 3 months ago. Still not received and I get the same email every time. Lost $300…..

I purchased an Aerudon Air+ Pro Max for $259 primarily for aerial photography and video. I received it on August 28, 2026 and quickly determined that the video was too unstable for my needs.
Aerudon advertises a 14-day return policy. I requested a return on August 30, only two days after receiving the drone.
Aerudon responded and asked me to provide a video demonstrating the problem. I did. Their published return policy states that for a product malfunction the customer should provide photos or video and that Aerudon will cover return freight and provide a refund.
We then went back and forth for four days. Instead of providing the return authorization and return instructions I repeatedly requested, Aerudon first offered me 5% to keep the drone, then 10%, and most recently 15%.
I declined every offer and repeatedly told them I wanted to return the product for a refund. I still have the drone, accessories and original packaging and am willing to return everything, but Aerudon has not provided the authorized return address and return instructions under the return policy I relied upon.
After four days of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this directly with Aerudon, I filed a dispute with my credit-card company.
This is my experience with Aerudon, and I recommend that prospective buyers carefully read the company's return policy and consider my experience before purchasing.

Received as a gift and tried to return it. Customer service was terrible. They didn’t cover return, fees & other expenses. Offered a 5% discount to not return it - haha. I hope others have a better experience-I’ll never buy from them

At first I thought I was dealing with bad customer service or perhaps a cultural barrier but now I'm wondering if this company is running a scam.

I purchased a drone from this company but kept doing my research while I was waiting for it to arrive and I decided, based on what I read, to return the drone and go in another direction. I contacted them well within their stated 14-day return window.

What followed was a back-and forth email exchange with them explaining the inconvenience to them and to me that a return entails, plus my shipping and restocking costs, and offering me a small discount to keep the drone. No matter how many times I insisted on initiating a return, I got nowhere. Sometimes the replies would increase the discount offer, other times they simply copied and pasted the previous email but at no time did they entertain the possibility of actual accepting a return for a refund.

I lost patience and filed a dispute with my credit card company at which point I got another email from Aerudon asking if I would accept an even larger discount to keep the drone and settle this "peacefully". I wash my hands of this and will let the credit card company figure it out.

Here's my warning: Avoid Aerudon like the plague.

Don't buy one of these cheap drones. They are $10 Chinese drones. I ordered one after reading a bunch of AI created reviews and unfortunately fell for it. I ordered it before finishing my information gathering, and immediately contacted them to cancel the order. They told me it had already shipped, and they couldn't cancel the order. They told me to refuse the package and they would assess whether to give me a refund when it returned to their facility. The company is garbage, and all of the reviews are fake. There are even "Best drones of 2026" reviews that appear to be independent reviewers, but these are fake too. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
