I have been seeing Dr Marco for a year as I had a huge issue with a frequency machine in another clinic and my face shrivelled - which was very scary. Dr Marco worked on my face with boo stimulators and threads to restore harmony and balance to it. He is methodical, kind, patient and really careful. He never overdoes his work. His eye is brilliant. He hasn’t just restored my confidence, he’s given me a whole new lease of life. I feel better in myself than I have for years: I highly recommend him. The clinic staff are wonderful and warm. I am grateful for all of them.

Their treatment eg bts are all high priced. Likewise , I did laser treatment of legs but sadly the results are not good. In comparison almost all of my friends who have had laser on their legs , have never had to bother with hair growth. They did the same number of sessions. In fact , some did fewer sessions.
Therefore I wonder why the salon does not do a proper job

I recently had a facial at Aesthetics Lab, and I can say that without a doubt it was the best treatment I have ever received. From the consultation which was very thorough, in which we discussed each of my concerns in depth, to the facial itself, which was incredible. I have had many facials in the past and none of them have been of this high standard. I was then recommended some products which I purchased from the clinic and have been using ever since. They have done wonders for my skin, and I will definitely be returning! I cannot recommend Aesthetics Lab enough, the staff are so lovely and accommodating and the treatments are fantastic!

I visited Arsthetic Lab in Belgravia for the first time last week which was located in a beautiful quaint street and surrounding area. The receptionist welcomed me and right away made me feel at home! After offering me a drink and handing over the relevant documents that had to be filled out,I was then greeted by the wonderful and friendly Christina in which I was escorted to one of the treatment rooms. I was booked in for my first ever lymphstine treatment which I was in need of. Christina explained all of the steps and procedure to me so pleasantly and professionally that I felt comfortable and excited and couldn't wait to lie down, relax and enjoy it! Christina ensured I was comfortable with the pressure of the body suit and also adjust the lighting and room temperature to my liking. I was left to relax for a while in which I made the most of it by having nap. I really enjoyed the sensations of the massage suit and found it very therapeutic. Christina checked in on my comfortabilty several times and to no surprise I was frankly in a zone of relaxation.
On completion, Christina explained how to conclude the service and gave me advice on what to do and expect after the service.
On completion of my appointment I left feeling lighter, less bloated right away ,very zen and content with my experience.
The lab itself was extremely clean and aesthetically very beautiful.
1 week on I feel that my body has had a detox and some what lighter in my body. I highly recommend this service and would definitely return for more sessions.
Christina was very professional and just naturally calming and nurturing within her nature. She was very attentive and covered everything to the point I didn't even have any questions!

In my opinion Christina executed her role with excellence and I feel she's definitely an asset to the bussiness. My first time experience definitely ticked all of the boxes and I'll be returning soon

Am a fan of dermaquest, have been using this brand for 6years and made a big difference on my skin and the only products I use which made continue buying it. Was looking for a trustworthy website were I could find due to not living in London anymore. Came across this website and others but aestheticslab.co.uk caught my attention , I was impressed with the look of the website. I ordered a sunscream zinc but received the wrong, return back and they we're kind enough to send me the original sunscream that I wanted. The customer service was amazing they listen and kindness. I’ve just had an amazing experience at the Aesthetics Lab in Belgravia! The clinic itself is very welcoming and in an ideal, and very pretty, location. I needed a lift (quite literally) and had the Clear Lift treatment with Charlotte as my practitioner. Charlotte was professional and friendly and put my mind at ease by carefully explaining the treatment to me. I walked out feeling, and looking, much better than when I went in so I thoroughly recommend this clinic. Thank you Charlotte!

I have recently finished a course of Laser Hair Removal with Aesthetics Lab and could not recommend it enough , from the moment I walked in the staff were so welcoming and professional. The clinic itself is accessible, modern and exceptionally clean.

I had 6 sessions targeting under my arms and legs which was painless and really effective with no redness or rashes which I have previously experienced when waxing, my only regret is I didn't visit sooner!!

By far the best Aesthetics clinic in the UK.

First of all, a huge thanks to Aesthetics LAB. I guess it's story time.

I grew up thinking aesthetic medicine and any interventions weren't for me. I thought I'd age gracefully and everything would be fine. Then I saw them – the first wrinkles. I thought, okay, not too bad. Then the pores got a bit larger, and I was like, well, it happens. But then, after 35, my face started to sag a bit, and I thought, "Hold on, hold on, this is too soon, let's pause for a bit." But of course, the process didn't stop... or so I thought.

One day, it randomly occurred to me – what if I tried some cosmetic treatment? A friend recommended Aesthetics LAB. "Alright," I thought, without much expectation. Charlotte, the consultant, told me I had good skin and didn't need anything major, suggesting ClearLift. I gave it a try. The sensations were interesting, but I didn't notice much at first. A week passed, then two. And then, one fine morning, I walked past the mirror and – whoa, who is that? What a beautiful facial contour, where are the pores, and what is this glow? I honestly stood in front of the mirror for half an hour, trying to understand what had happened.

Of course, I went back! And oh my, the result repeated. It's an incredible feeling, seeing the same eyes, the same healthy skin glow, the same familiar contours – it's pure magic. Time can't be turned back, they say? Maybe, but Aesthetics LAB definitely has some magical apples growing somewhere – how else can you explain this sorcery? Haha. In short, I am endlessly grateful. These are unbelievable sensations – I recommend it to everyone! Now I want to try their anti-cellulite system (oh, this path to beauty – once you're on it, you can't get off, hehe). Heartfelt thanks to you for your work. I am so happy.

I booked myself in for 8 cycles of coolsculpting on my upper and lower abdomen following a consultation with Carolyn.

Firstly, within 20 seconds of being assessed by Ellie who was actually doing my treatment (a week after I had paid for 8 cycles for £4600) I was told I would need an extra 4 cycles. At this point I was already undressed and wearing the treatment underwear with the templates drawn all over me in permanent pen. I agreed to go ahead with 6 cycles (instead of 4 over 2 sessions) and assess what additional cycles I would have at a later date. Surely...this should have been picked up in my consultation before I had made the financial commitment and was undressed in the clinic?

As I was standing in the mirror, feeling vulnerable in the treatment underwear, Ellie started squeezing my upper back and inner thighs telling me I should have treatment in other places. I felt completely blind sighted by this. I never asked for or expressed interest in treatment in other areas of the body...which are parts my body that I have never felt like I needed to change. I do struggle with my body image, hence spending ££££ on this treatment, and with negative thoughts about my body. This was the first time in my life I have had negative thoughts about my body validated by another person, and about areas of my body I never had issues with before. I felt really confused and in shock trying to processing what had just happened. I felt frozen.

After my treatment I went home and cried. I felt like she was (maybe?) trying to up sell treatment and did not consider how I was generally feeling about my body and mental health. I deal with these negative thoughts on a daily basis about my legs and upper back now...something I never had before walking into that clinic. How is this happening in todays world, especially in the beauty industry which is led by women who understand the challenges that woman face.

I did write an email to the clinic shortly after and said I need time to process what has happened and put off booking my second round of treatment. I have been working with a therapist so that I feel comfortable returning as it is a treatment I really wanted to have. I decided that I did not want to return to the clinic because it was making me anxious and my body image challenges worse. Instead I wanted a refund for the value of the 2 cycles I had paid for but could not have due to the impact the experience had on me (approx £1150).

I was called by Charlotte who tried to offer me other treatments and products and credit. I don't feel like real responsibility was taken as the blame was passed on to the fact that "we are trained to assess the whole body".

They do have a no refund policy which I did sign before my treatment. However I felt like I a refund, in my case, was reasonable given my experience. The directors refused to refund me. I think this says a lot about the values of the company. Charlotte did offer to take things slow with me starting with a review of my treatment so far.

I do feel like its a bit past that now. I want a refund for the value of the service that I bought so that I can move on and try and forget this experience. I wholeheartedly regret going to this clinic for treatment.

Reply to comment: I was not told in my consultation that I would need additional cycles. My point is that during my consultation I should have been told a realistic number of cycles that I would need and the issue is that I was very quickly informed by Ellie, literally within 20 seconds, that i needed an additional 4 cycles on top of the 8 I had already paid for, to get the result that I wanted. I was told in my consultation to achieve what I wanted I would need 8.

As far as I can remember I was asked about medical history, and not about my mental health. However I can’t remember what was on the form exactly. Although I don’t see why I should have had to share that information with you when I would expect that this would be a considered part of the treatment approach anyway. If you are spending ££££ on body treatment, chances are you do struggle with body image or at least with particular areas of your body. That seems quite obvious, at least to me.

Sania did a great job on laser treatment she is very polite and made me fell very comfortable I am looking forward to my more setions with her

I can't speak highly enough about my visits to this aesthetics lab. The team is warm and welcoming, creating a friendly environment. Eli stands out for her amazing skills and calm demeanor during hydrafacial treatments. The procedures have proven to be very beneficial for my skin, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
