DO NOT BUY FROM AETREX. Rampant disorganization. Order a shoe and insole. I noticed that at the end of the 3rd business day it still had not shipped. i requested it to be canceled. Online help saud they could not. I emailed next day and they said they would. Now 9 days later they tell me again that they can not cancel it even though 6 days before they said they would. That I have to received it and then return it. NOTE: their website still says it is being processed. And the agent added an Amazon link to return it but I did not buy it from Amazon. I bought from the Aetrex website. Myborder number and confirmstion is from Aetrex. I already bought it from another Brand as I needed the shoe sooner. So now all this time wasted. Calling the credit card company to cancel the charge, dispute it, back and forth online messaging and emails c with the Aetrex company. No shoe and a huuuuge amount of wasted time!

Shipping and delivery information is false

Placed an order and after 9 days the order states "unfulfilled" on my account. Credit card charges were processed. I contacted customer twice after a week and each time they state that the order is at the warehouse and they will contact me within 48 hours with an update. Each time after the 48 hours with no contact I get the same information. They will not cancel the order because they state it has been processed.
Nice shoes but totally bogus information on their shipping and delivery process. I'll never order from them again.

HAPPY WITH AETREX ARCHES! I COULD MAKE A COMMERICAL FOR THIS COMPANY - HUGE FAN!

I own at least a dozen Aetex shoes, most in leather. They are SUPER comfy for my high arch feet. They not only provide support for high arches, but tilt the entire foot (gently) out to where it needs to be. I can walk for hours in Aetrex sandals, boots, loafers with zero issues. They are pricey but I think well worth it and they do have great sales. My foot is a true 7.5 and I order sandals that exact size and boots one size up to accommodate nice wool socks.

Poor shipping and disingenuous customer…

Poor shipping and disingenuous customer service. I ordered insoles on Dec 11. To date, on Dec 22, the USPS tracking shows that USPS is still awaiting the item. I contacted customer service with representatives in the Philippines numerous times, who without any foundation, blame it on the postal service, even telling me that the post office does not work on Saturdays. I will ask my credit card company to dispute the charge if nothing happens soon.

I only gave 2 starts because I am hoping that my shoes will still come soon. I will remove this review if you delivered my shoes soon. I ordered from uk website and it says they will be delivered yesterday. I paid £177 but the shoes are not here and the tracking shows no progress on delivery day or journey . I am going away early next week. You NEED to deliver my shoes today before tomorrow. If I know that you lied about your products come from different continents I would have never order fom you, you make that clear on the UK website. UK means COMES from UK but your products are Not in uk. You deceiving people . Please deliver my shoes this week.

Laughable Customer Service

I placed an order on aetrex.com on 11/18 with no rush delivery which is listed as 4-10 business days. Order shipped on 11/21, on 11/25 there was a "delay" with not a single update until 12/2 when my order was delivered BACK TO THEIR HQ in NJ with no attempt at delivery to me. Customer Service confirmend the had my correct address listed as shipping address and sent an inquiry to their shipping department to investigate saying someone would get back to me within 24 hours. 12/3 I recieved an email that the "package was undeliverable" and the boots I ordered were now SOLD OUT and they were refunding them and sending the sneakers back to me. Unless they were damaged in transit you have the pair of boots that I ordered because you shipped them to me did you not-therefore they should not be sold out. I will never order from them again and will be letting my Ortho know not to reccomend unless he specifies to only shop brick and mortar because this has been a top 3 worst online shopping experience and customer service for me,

Bad Service Bad Product

1. Product: the insoles are not comfortable, and the metatarsal pad is in the middle of the foot, it puts more pressure and pain on the metatarsal. This is quite sad, as the product is advertised as an orthotic, but they do not seem to know the foot well enough. I've tried others as well and the first pair caused my metatarsal pain in the first place. Thus if you want to worsen your problem, I would advise buying from them.
2. Returns/service - they offer no hassle returns. You will pay at least 5.00 restocking fee. Every place I've shopped that has great products will refund you the full value, thus it is not a NO Risk purchase.

I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right, but they refused and had quite the attitude about it. I will Gladly take my business elsewhere.

Aetrex Customer Service is terrible

Aetrex has shown my item "awaiting arrival at the USPS facility" for 8 days. When I inquire, I get scripted replies from what is probably a chat bot. No explanation as to why it is taking so long to "arrive at the postal facility" and when I question whether the item is even in stock, I get a scripted answer that it is in stock. Frustrating experience, and can't wait to see the quality based on other posts on here,

in less than 90 days there was a hole…

in less than 90 days there was a hole in the right shoe but no hole in the left shoe. Attempted to take them back to DILLARDS the store mgr refused to refund them or exchange them now my right big toe is scraping the ground while walking and causing my toe to twitch involuntarily when i take the shoe off it’s painful at times

Customer Service at Aetrex is non-existent !!!
Ordered a pair of white leather sneakers back in early May. Turns out they were too small. Returned the sneakers for a half size larger and they were TOO BIG. Called Customer Service repeatedly to get a return shipping label for the second pair of sneakers. Almost a month has passed and still have not received the return label or refund. Called Customer Service again, was told the issue would be passed on the Returns Teams (they would call me in 24-48 hours). Never received a call back so I called again, only to find out that they had recorded multiple calls for the return label and don't know why nothing has been done. This has now been passed on to the Processing Team for follow up and a call back in 24 - 48 hours. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! PLEASE SHARE WITH A FRIEND !!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed with the quality

Highly disappointed with the quality, the flip flop broke into pieces in few months only. After spending so much money it didn’t even last for a year. And customer care is not even ready to accept their mistake and provide replacement.

Slow processing and delivery

Similar to the other reviews, processing and shipping times are lengthy. Which would be okay if the company was upfront about that, but they aren't. The website says 24-48 hours for processing, it took 5 business days. I chose No rush delivery which is supposed to take 3-7 days. It's been 8 days and there's no tracking information available for the last 4 days. There's no ETA on my $400 purchase. Just be aware that there is very little recourse if your package doesn't show up because Mail Innovations lost it. I won't be buying anything from Aetrex again. If I do receive my shoes, I'll return them if possible. Although, I'm guessing that will be a huge hassle too.

Customer Disservice at Aetrex in Yas Mall

The salesgirl at the Aetrex counter at Yas Mall is perhaps the worst I have encountered in many years of my stay in the UAE. She was rude, reluctant to show products and, worse, she explicitly profiles customers - according to my observation.
Perhaps Aetrex shoes sell well automatically, which is what makes her take the job relatively easy.
When I visited the counter last week, she not only talked very rudely for no apparent reason, but also refused to give me the product I wanted. This was not the first instance, but there is a consistency in her misbehavior which makes me think that this is perhaps endorsed by the company?

Worst Company I’ve ever dealt with!! Horrible customer service and a representative
who makes you feel like you’re the one in the wrong. I called because of slow shipping. I placed my order on a Saturday so technically the following Friday was only 5 days. Was told 4 different stories by the employees. Well they finally shipped according to the email I got last Friday. Tracking shows they’ve been sitting with the shipping partner for about 5 days, still says USPS waiting on item. So not including weekends were at about 10 days. So I’m guessing at this rate it’s going to be about 25 days total, over 30 if you count weekend days. My doctor recommended these things. I’ll be sure to tell him to stop recommending them and the issues I and others have had. If I ever receive them I’ll post it here. My guess is they’ll be lost in the mail. These shipping times and processing times are ridiculous. I run an online business and if I did things the way they do them I wouldn’t be in business very long. Just pure crap. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will tell anyone I know who is looking for orthotics to steer clear of these guys.

Lead times are way too long

Lead times are way too long. According to the customer service rep, it will take 15 days to receive the shoes and 6 days of this time is processing time. 15 days are business days as the rep said they do not ship on the weekends or holidays. So potentially 15 days could be 19 days total. In todays expectation for processing and shipping online orders, this is truly dissapointing. While the shoes are comfy, they are not perfect either. One of the breathing holes at the toe area is tearing on a previous pair I purchased at a local store. Not the best experience
