However the low quote persuaded us to use Affinion and we were very glad we did as it lifted the pressure

I contacted Mark of Affinion Probate after being mucked around by another Probate company who mislead significantly how much I would pay. After my initial telephone conversation Mark assured me the figure quoted would be the figure paid, which was true. Significantly less too. Because Inheritance Tax was due, I found the forms too complex and the Legal Department took all that stress away. Any issues Mark was on the case, I can’t thank him enough.

I wholeheartedly recommend Affinion for their probate services. Mark was incredibly kind and made a horrible process so much easier. They didn’t complicate matters and quickly let me know what details would be needed. They arranged property valuations and arranged a great solicitor (Sophie at New Law) who took me through the process and informed me of what was needed to compile my dad’s estate summary for the submission to the court. Sophie patiently waited for me to review and double check the draft and ensure papers were correctly signed. The court issued probate was surprisingly quick.

I will definitely use (and recommend) their services again in the future.
