Our experience :(
The seller did not disclose OEM vs. branded at the time of purchase. We later discovered the mismatch and, as a small seller, sought a refund since the inventory was in their possession. Despite repeated requests—and discourteous communications—they refused to return our stock or refund 2500$, which they claimed to storage fees to date.

From the beginning, our team communicated with you through both phone and email. During the call, you raised your concerns but did not allow our representative to respond fully, so we followed up in writing. We clearly informed you of the required timelines, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Our team acted in line with our policies, and all communication was clear from our end.
It is also important to note that on our website, products are always clearly listed, items sourced directly from brands or authorized vendors carry the brand name, while OEM items do not. This is standard practice and common sense for buyers to review before placing an order.
That said, we do value our customers even if they return after many months. If you would like a resolution, we encourage you to reach out to our sales team. We are always willing to work towards a fair solution that helps maintain a positive relationship.
