There was some confusion, ordered an item, cancelled it straight away via email, Affluentattire, responded straight away and issued a refund, superb customer service, would definitely recommend this company, will definitely buy from them in the future.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. I had an issue with delivery, I understand that it’s out of their hands once it’s sent to the courier, but Marc, the legend, bothered to hand deliver it to me on the weekends when he would have been off. Bear in mind the office and my residence is nowhere near each other. It’s little things like this that really sticks out to me. When the jacket arrived, to be fair I doubted the authenticity because of how rare the jacket was. After going back and forth with Marc, he confirmed the authenticity until I was happy and bothered to chase up my requests, in literal MINUTES, which is unheard of nowadays with pretty much any other business. Things like this is what is needed for businesses to keep loyal customers, and I’ll definitely be adding myself to that list. You’re an absolute star Marc, hope to see this business thrive, many more opportunities and customers to come.

Item arrived on time. However, when I returned it the communication was nonexistent. Didn't acknowledge receipt of item and even questioned whether it had been sent despite it having been sent via Royal mail special delivery and signed for. Response finally came almost two weeks later a few days before refund was obligatory and I had notified intention to recover refund via small claims court unless communication was received.
