I had a brilliant idea with almost no time to make it happen. The idea was to create buttons with our daughter's photo on them for the whole family and all guests to wear at her college graduation. I was amazed that Affordable Buttons was able to produce and deliver the buttons in the very few days I had available. Everyone loved the buttons!

Thanks for the awesome review. I had a customer last week say, "If Affordable Buttons had a middle name it would be FAST." LOL When we entered this industry 25 years ago the standard turn around was 10-14 days for production plus shipping time. We were the first to offer a standard 5 day production and Ship Today Service.
Referrals are our bread and butter and keep us in business, so thanks for being willing to spread the word.

Just too much back and forth
If the proof was mandatory, then it should be included in the price. We emailed too many times and I did most of the work. And it was later than I wanted because (and I don't know if they have any control over this but), FedEx left it at the back door without knocking and I didn't know it was back there until 3 days later after I emailed Affordablebuttons.com again.

I am sorry that you felt a little frustrated with going back and forth with our graphics team. The original photo that you submitted for us to put on the buttons was very small and only 72 dots per inch, which would have printed extremely pix-elated and blurry. Most companies within our industry would have just printed what you sent regardless of the end product looking terrible. Our company DOESN'T DO THAT. We care about our customers and take the extra steps to insure that the final product looks great.
The second photo that you submitted with text definitely was of higher quality than the first. We provided a complimentary proof just to make sure that we had it positioned on the button the way you wanted it prior to production. It is not mandatory to receive a proof. Many customers use our templates and follow our instructions for submitting print ready artwork and no proof is necessary. It's when people submit artwork that is not in our templates and is not print ready according to our guidelines that we need a customer to approve a proof prior to production. We provided you a proof at no charge.
You are correct that we do not have control over FedEx and where they leave a package. I do know the package was delivered on time as promised.
Again, I am sorry you were frustrated. We strive to make 100% of our customers 100% happy!

The staff was able to exactly create my vision of the button using a very rough draft I sent. I was thrilled to have the option of a magnetized button. The staff on the phone help line answered my questions quickly and succinctly. The order process was simple and easy and the price very affordable. The turnaround time was short, and our alumni proudly wore the buttons on our Commencement day. I will definitely use Affordable Buttons for any related needs I have in the future.
