2 orders, first had some buttons with a registry problem. Quickly resolved, including a followup call to make sure all was ok on redo. Zero cost to me. Happy the buttons are made in the U.S. Would recommend company and use again in the future.

Great Experience! Highly Recomment
I work with several different clients on a large University campus. The projects I do will range from 50 buttons to thousands. No matter the amount or price tag on our projects, Affordable Buttons always treats us like first class clients and priorities. Whenever I have questions or need more information, Affordable Buttons always answers timely (even in different time zones). I know I am and, more importantly, my clients are in good hands each time I make a purchase with Affordable Buttons. I would highly recommend this company to any consumer!
Overpromised Product - Unsatisfactory Customer Service
In looking to have created buttons for a 30th birthday party, I was in search of a pin that could both be used as a wearable gadget to include the usual pin and to be magnetic to use on a fridge or magnet board after the event was over. The slightly brash and cold rep Danielle, told me this was possible, gave her the quantities and found it odd that it wasn't more than expected. She said she would double check that it was feasible, she did, and I increased the order. I hadn't received my email receipt within the hour after being told it was sent, so I called back to check in, and lo and behold in Danielle's hastiness to get the order in and move on with her life, had written out my email wrong. So what? Easy mistake, completely understood, was still happy about my order. Even then I asked her again if the product would be wearable and magnetic to a surface, "yes it can do both." Phew! One party detail crossed off my list and my party committee were happy with the purchase! 3 days later I get a call from Jonathan, a much more polite and professional gentleman to advise me that I had to make a choice, whether it would be a wearable or a magnet. I told him I was really looking forward to getting the product I wanted, I was promised twice, and I paid for and agreed to. "Well sorry we can't do both, you have to make a choice, "verbatim": YOU are now holding up production and we need to get these out to you ASAP." ......I am an art director at a marketing/promotional advertising agency, and I know what the difference between keeping it real on production timelines and completely blaming the client for delays. You just don't do that! Instead of the apology or "let me see what I can do for you to correct the situation" it was now my fault for asking for what I thought I had paid for. Finally after literally badgering me over the phone for a decision (which i couldn't do without my team's approval) I took the plunge and sadly opted for just the wearable pins. I never EVER ask for a discount, a few bucks didn't matter with this order, but it was now the principle. I kindly asked, since he never offered, and I know what's right is right, "Is there a price adjustment I can get, considering I even increased my order because I was so happy with what I was promised"... he mentions "sure we can do something like that I will give you a call back in 10 minutes to discuss with my manager" ... till this day a week later, never heard back. I called yesterday and today, Jonathan was unavailable but another rep assured me he would call me back. Zilch! Nada!
I highly suggest you make sure you specify from the start (as i did) what exact product you are getting. Even check in days after! Just do not hold your breath to get the appropriate customer service, that every paying customer deserves with this company. In the future go with smaller businesses/artists on Etsy who actually care about these projects and deliver. Twas my first suggestion and I should've went with!
