Poor after sale support for Endon Lighting
I purchased an Endon Lighting 1405-67-PLCH Low Energy Ceiling Light in July 2014. At the time of purchase I checked with Affordable Lighting regarding an unfavourable review online re both Endon & Affordable and was told that Affordable had not had any problems with Endon. The ballast failed in July 2017. Affordable did not have a ballast available and neither did Endon and neither was willing to cannibalise existing product - [the light remained available for sale on the Affordable site]. A new ballast eventually arrived in September 2017 - almost 2 months after ordering a replacement.

The time and dedication put into making our customers shopping experience a happy one is thankfully reflected in our other reviews, for which we are very grateful. It is impossible to please everyone but we feel this review is very unfair after everything we did to try and help, despite the product being out of warranty. Admittedly there was a wait for the spare part required but you were kept regularly up to date and given the option to cancel. We also spent time trying to source an alternative part. Although it has backfired on this occasion we will of course continue going the extra mile for our customers as this is the way we operate.
