Terrible customer service
I ordered some LED lights described on their site as "warm" in color, but what I got were lights that were quite cool in color. No big deal, these things happen, right? At first I was simply surprised to learn that my only two options were to return the product for store credit and eat a 10% restocking fee, or get some of my money back after bending over for a 35% restocking fee. But what really soured the whole experience was Affordable Lighting's "screw you" attitude toward me. Their emails were terse and rude and essentially blamed me for ordering the wrong thing. Not once did they ever express any concern for me as their customer. Fortunately for me, they are a Google Trusted Store (for some reason), so Google swooped in and compensated for Affordable Lightings failure to take care of this customer. I won't burden Affordable Lighting with my business again.
