Support is almost non-existent. I contacted them multiple times regarding my affiliate payments but never received a proper response. The dashboard shows earnings, yet months have passed without any payout. No clear payment timeline, no updates, and support emails are ignored. Be careful if you plan to join Afobrick’s affiliate program.

They offer a wide range of lego pieces, at very reasonable and affordable prices. They are absolutely amazing with customer service, I had a special occasion that I needed the pieces in time before, I received the pieces less than two days after I had placed the order! Couldn't thank them enough for their efforts and very cool business!

Habe jetzt schon mehrfach bestellt und alle Lieferungen kamen nach nichtmal einer Woche an. Vor allem die kostenlose Lieferung hat mich überzeugt.

I wood not recommend this company at all as I have ordered 5 sets from them in one order and only 3 have been delivered. and all 5 sets where in stock at the time placed my order.
I have emailed multiple times with no response what so ever and now trying to get my money back for the sets I have not received. But they seam to not appear on my PayPal account so can’t or it’s some sort of scared so. Wood stay away from this company

Après plusieurs mails de réclamation de remboursement via PayPal puisque ma commande a été "perdue" par Colicoli, le vendeur a fini par me rembourser.
Je pense que ça n'aurais pas été le cas si je n'avais acheté autrement que via PayPal, leur procédure de litige est assez efficace.

Habe am 30. November bestellt. Auf der Homepage wurde mit Lieferung zwischen 10-15 Tagen geworben. Ich habe bis heute meine Ware nicht erhalten.

Ordered a set on Dec 4th for Christmas. They claimed 10-15 days for delivery to my address in Canada. Needless to say my son didn't have his main Christmas gift to open on Christmas morning. It's now going on Dec 28th and still no sign of the set. The last update on the shipping tracking page is from Dec 22nd saying it's in customs in Vancouver! Tracking updates only occur every 4 or so days on average (longer currently). Contact Ted their customer service only to have them tell me the very same thing I could see with the tracking number. They were no help at all!

Lieber nicht bei afobrick kaufen. Sie bieten Sets an, welche sie gar nicht auf Lager haben. Habe ein Hypercar bestellt, Lieferung sollte innerhalb von 10-15 Tage erfolgen. Nach 18 Tagen noch immer nix, habe dann per Mail nachgefragt. Antwort kam sehr schnell: Ware ist nicht lieferbar, Geld wird erstattet. Und das zu Weihnachten! Kauft lieber woanders...

Achat d'un set de Cada, livraison gratuite dans des délais plus que corrects, réponses aux questions préalables à l'achat par mail par la boutique, excellent rapport qualité-prix. La livraison s'est faite par 4PX puis Colissimo une fois en France.

Eigentlich gut, aber Spedition viel zu teuer und trecking etwas mühsam (nur auf Chinesisch).

Great experience from placing the order, the shipping process and its speedy delivery. Bricks and instructions arrived in good condition. No support case yet so I cannot comment on this aspect. Very likely that I’ll place another order in the near future.

Items arrived in 10 days. I chose the original box option and they got here in very good condition. Great email communication and customer service.
