i was told to use this email to do cancellation but its not going anywhere... i need to cancell within 7 working days. I want to cancel the contract of Samsung Deals, under my name called Miss Nosizwe Mahanjana. I have check your reviews on social & other media. i cant continue with due to the fact that people are complaining about the simcard that are not working properly. but people have been paying for everymonth without solving the biggest problem of the SImcard not working.
I would appreciate it if you can cancel any contract with you including my Account Debit Orders / Mandates with my Capitec account please...

I want to cancel my contract but your sales team can't assist me when I call I get someone telling me that the contract is with the sales team and the Sales team is refusing to cancel my debit order since I'm no longer interested in taking a phone.

Afrimobi bad service will never recommend it to anyone I cancel my debit order still their deduct I will never again

Now it was told the refund will take place early next week it is 10 days later and still no refund received from them

I'm so disappointed in africa mobile I applied for a phone late last year they deducted R441 and I haven't git the cellphone still date and R299 from my account I don't understand what am I paying africa mobile for because I don't have their phone with me I can't reverse nor stop the debt order this people are crooks it's a scam 😢 😔 all in all how come they take money for free I just want my money back you can't tell me it's a mistake you all are used to do that you are doing of taking people hard earned money for free my name is Daphney Seane very disappointed

So i and my fiance both signed. Up with Africa Mobile thinking it was a good deal we were being offered as I work online and remotely and the extra devices would have served a good purpose BUT let me tell you when I wanted to cancel the application I had an agent Zola call me who was determined to sell the product and wouldn't take no for an answer, on the 2nd of December this company attempted to take Over R2500 from both of our accounts collectively adding upto R5000. We have never received a device or any item from them so what makes them entitled to MY HARD EARNED money. Again today on the 9th of December they again took R1700 from one of our accounts, they blocked our bank from stopping the debit order and reversing the funds and then expect us to wait 21 workings days for the money to be reversed into our bank accounts. Ive dealt with them on the phone, via WhatsApp, a manager won't return a call, a supervisor is never available and the call center staff are plain rude and to put it politely useless. I am beyond angry and what my money returned immediately or I will charge AFRICA MOBILE with fraud

Very disappointed with Africa mobile, firstly my pay date is the 28th and they go and debit all my fuel money. Then I never received my data and airtime since I got the contract phone. This is very upsetting.

I made my payment yesterday, emailed and whatsapp to get my phone switched on, yet no one replied to me. I am very upset. This company debits my account every month for my contact. This month they didn't give my airtime and dataand we ready on the 7/10/24 I have tried contacting them onto for a automated system to answer and stay on it for over 4 hours with out speaking to a consultant. I have even sent emails but they do not respond. I'm not happy what can I do

The process was straight forward and everything was explained nicely, My phone arrived and I am very happy with the decision I made. Such a professional company👍

Long story short! They deducted money from my account TWICE and I don't even have a phone! I have sent so many emails and then they have the cheeck to tell me they will deduct R350 from the amount because I am canceling my contract with them!!! It is such a long messed up story, too long to type but if you are thinking about getting a phone with these people, DON'T!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! AND YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS BASICALLY NON-EXISTENT!!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with Africa Mobile's service. Despite setting up a debit order for my device, I have not yet received it, and they are preparing to debit my account again. This lack of follow-through and communication is deeply frustrating. It feels like a scam, and it's unacceptable that we are left dealing with such issues. I hope this review prompts Africa Mobile to address their shortcomings and improve their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.

My wife have a contract with Africa mobile. What a waste of money!!! You cant change ANY settings on your phone because all apps are controlled by Africa mobile. She is to scared to put her banking app on the phone due to the fact that Africa mobile have access on all your apps. Don't trust this company at all!!!!

I applied for a phone contract. They were very quick to do the debicheck. I cancelled via mail and whatsapp The same day in March cause i did not want to take out the contract anymore. Now 3 months later they debited the activation fee from my account. I heard nothing ever since that first day from them.

I am not happy with Africa Mobile cause they never sent me contract documents, i dont even know when is our contract going to end.
