Disappointed
I was looking forward to receiving my sponge, my daughter bought one a year ago and recommended it to me (I have a painful shoulder so my arm movements are restricted). However, I am disappointed- mine arrived MUCH shorter than hers and feels much more scratchy. Why is it so much shorter? I can barely reach the ends of it to reach my back ( I tried it over my clothes so far) whereas my daughters would have allowed to achieve that easily. She saw mine and was shocked, she said she won’t repurchase when she needs one again.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the sponge didn’t meet your expectations. The one your daughter purchased a year ago is from an older production batch — over time, sponges become much softer and stretch more with regular use.
The current version is designed to exfoliate even better, and will also become softer and more flexible after some time of use. We can assure you that the sponges meet the exact measurements stated in our product description.
We recommend giving it a bit of time to break in — we believe you’ll find it becomes much easier to use and more comfortable.
Kind regards,
Jack

Bought an African net sponge that’s high quality and super cute. I live in Sweden and the shipping was fast and not too expensive. Very happy with my purchase 😊

Excellent Website and 100% Trustworthy
Excellent Website and 100% Trustworthy
Product: African Net Sponge
Quality: 10/10
Purchased a few African net sponges from this website and the quality is excellent. It’s clearly an authentic African net sponge — stretchy, as the real ones should be. Exfoliates the skin very well, leaving it feeling cleaner and noticeably softer.
Also works great for lathering solid soaps like Aleppo soap. It helps the soap foam up quickly, saving time compared to using hands or other sponges. Another benefit is that it dries quickly, which helps prevent germs from building up like they can with traditional loofahs.
Customer Service: 10/10
Made a mistake with the order, contacted support via email, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommended.

We’re so happy to hear that you’re enjoying the authentic African net sponges and that they’re delivering the quality and results you were looking for. It’s great to know they work well with solid soaps too — and yes, that quick-drying feature is a big plus!
We also truly appreciate your kind words about our customer service. Mistakes can happen, but we always aim to resolve them as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Thank you again for your recommendation — it means the world to us!

Best "sponge"
Bought an african net sponge, love it, use it every day. If you use pressure it is exfoliating, if not then massaging. I am a big fan.

Erg tevreden

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you experience this shower cap to be a Large, and not an Extra Large. The shower cap is exactly as shown on the picture ( It is me wearing it on the photo ). You have messaged us with this feedback on Etsy earlier, and we proposed that if it does not meet up to your expectations, that you could of course ship it back to us for a refund, unfortunately you did not respond to that.
