What an amazing store
What an amazing store, the products are at a high quality and cheap in price, and the staff are very helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Rooted in Craft, Carried with Pride Africa’s Finest isn’t just a store — it’s a mission born out of love, memory, and a commitment to preserve and uplift. This project began with a simple idea: to honour African heritage while creating real opportunity for those who still craft by hand, carve with soul, and live with pride in what they make. Every product you see — from intricately carved curios to handmade kitchen tools, from pantry favourites to vibrant Chitenge patterns — was either made by skilled hands across the continent or thoughtfully sourced to reflect something deeper: community, culture, and continuity. Mind blowing!!
It was a home experience when I entered the shop. It reminded me my home country Zambia. Every sight of the items I picked reminded me of home. The environment of the place is peaceful and breathtaking. Staff members a very welcoming and excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone to drop in to feel the experience and enjoy the root of Africa!!

This is SUCH a hidden gem
This is SUCH a hidden gem! The back of the store feels like a gallery and art space dedicated to handmade crafts showcasing African perspective and beauty, whilst the front of the store feels more like a deli offering snacks and sauces and remedies you can’t usually find in England! Truly something special, you’ll find things from all across Africa, and it’s not just specific to a region, culture or country - was impressed by the representation of North, and West African crafts and deli goods. You get such a sense of affection for African culture when you visit, the shop owner is not only knowledgable but warm and offers friendly advice and stories about his fave products - truly a must-visit!
