I would say customer service is excellent. But the app needs to work on accepting funds especially when its auto deposit.

I sent money to my Canadian account …
I sent money to my Canadian account and the transaction show successful from your end meanwhile the money didn't get to my account. I complain to my bank I was told to contact your office to cancel the transaction and do it again.
Till this moment the money has not been revised or deposited into my account.
