The tool is certainly useful and has many features, and the customer service has always been great, they provide advice and they've helped me out whenever I've needed it.

Excellent service
Michael the founder is available almost 24/7 via live chat and is there to genuinely improve his product & give good service. I’ve tried all spy tools, all barely had any customer support & updates. Afterlib is the only solution that is designed for ecom, constantly getting upgraded & you have someone to talk to. Highly recommended.

customer service is excellent
I have been exclusively using AfterLib for product research for the past few months and have discovered all of my winning products through it so far. The customer service is truly outstanding and responds to any issues I encounter within minutes. I can't comment on the 2.0 version yet, but I'm eagerly anticipating it. Overall, it's an excellent service and program for sure!

5/5 MUST HAVE TOOL!
I've been using Afterlib for a few months and it has been the most important research tool that I've been using. Absolutely essential if you have an ecommerce business and they're constantly enhancing their offering. Customer support is also awesome and super helpful!
