It was a great experience to send the shipment from Singapore to Kochi (India). The personal from Agarwal movers and packers, Mr. Mayank was very helpful right from the beginning till the sea courier was successfully delivered at doorstep. Clarified all the queries and was always accessible in WhatsApp. Incredible job by APML team.The shipment was picked up at doorstep & received it right on time within 20 days at the destination without any follow-ups or hassle. STAY AWAY – Do not use their services.

They grossly underestimated the quotation and demonstrated poor planning, execution, and overall service throughout the move. To make matters worse, they added last-minute surprise charges and effectively held our cargo hostage until we paid very high additional charges for items that were never clearly mentioned in the exclusions or initial agreement.
Highly unprofessional and stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to AVOID using this company.

Move from Chennai to Singapore

Had a very pleasant experience moving our household items from Chennai to Singapore. The packing team in Chennai was meticulous in their packing methods to ensure everything was intact when it arrived at its destination. The team that delivered the goods in Singapore were very thorough in navigating the moving rules and unpacking/setting up everything. No request was too small or ignored. The Ops team in Singapore was fantastic following up and updating the progress of the shipment.

The overall experience working with APML was satisfactory from engagement to delivery. All goods, baring few glass items were in good condition. if any gap in their service, i could point to weak communication and very little SOP set up. As customer i found difficulty in tracking my shipment. i was able to contact hot line but found it difficult to get proper reply. while concept of getting prompt update is good it was not to be as there was no info on Shipment tracker provide at engagement point.

From the time of enquiring about shipment from Singapore to India we always got prompt and informative reply.
Packing of the goods was very professional and to our satisfaction.
We also found the quotation very reasonable compared to the services given so far.
Once the goods reaches India, we will share our feedback again.
