I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that Andy and his son showed during the four day period that it took to replace seven radiators and re-locate entirely and fit a new boiler upstairs into a spare cupboard space. Everything incorporated into this job went like clockwork including the arrival of the electrician and roofer on time to do their jobs quickly and efficiently. Andy and his son took every care to keep my wife and I informed of every step of the process including the necessity to replace a previous badly fitted manifold section of pipe from the original installation, the cost of which was very reasonable. Overall, my wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Andy and his son carried out and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who needs this type of job doing no matter how big or small. I would also like to thank Andy’s partner Paul who did all the work regarding organising the original visit by Andy to establish a quote for the job in hand and also keeping us informed of the changes we required to the type of boiler to be fitted and several, small minor things. He also sent the finalised bill to us along with the gas certification and warranty in pdf form which allowed me to save them onto a usb stick. All the information needed to pay the bill online came also by e mail which my wife processed in minutes….

I cannot recommend Paul, Andy, and the team highly enough. I’ve been using them for around 4 years for gas safety checks and servicing, and they recently completed a full boiler replacement for us.

Open, honest, plain talking, a very reasonable price, everything stated up front, no hidden charges, did the work exactly when they said they would to a very high standard….i could go on and on - this company saved us a fortune by taking on the job from a previous firm who were fleecing us and getting nowhere, and I am incredibly grateful
