Could definitely do better.
The company appears to be outsourced which caused a lot of issues for me personally in clocking in and getting paid. Sometimes I went weeks without any payment due to the clocking in app: I would not know who to contact regarding the non-payment and my emails about this issue seemed to be ignored. It meant that I was reluctant to take on any more assignments with Winchmore Tutors.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I was forced to go through them several months ago due to the trust no longer allowing me to be paid via my umbrella company. Haven't been paid properly once. I spend hours every week toing and froming between them and the agency. I'm practically a part time accountant! They are more bothered about blaming the trust and the agency than resolving the issues. I am leaving next week due to their total incompetence. I've had enough!

Agile are efficient and I have never had a missed payment. The documentation is clear and easy to understand. I have been able to talk to a person when i have needed to.
