I recently came out of hospital and I was lucky enough, after a bit of a disaster to be sent a lovely, happy young lady, Charlee Williams. Charlee was extremely capable and helped me with everything with a smile. Being with me 24/7 it was lovely to have conversation with someone interesting. If I need the same assistance again I would ask for Charlee if possible.

Agincare is an outstanding company to work for. Its friendly and inclusive atmosphere ensures that every employee feels like a crucial member of the team. The team is incredibly supportive and approachable, creating a work environment that is both nurturing and rewarding. As a carer, I am truly grateful for the encouraging and inclusive culture at Agincare, and I couldn't envision working for any other company.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your outstanding leadership and support as my line managers. Your guidance and mentorship have been incredibly valuable to me and it's helped me progress with in my new position. Your dedication to creating a positive work environment and providing constructive feedback have made a real difference.

Your work ethic, and communication skills inspire us to do our best. Your ability to make strategic decisions and build a strong team dynamic are truly commendable.

The head office are informative and helpful, the staff in the home were kind and friendly towards us whilst we visited the home and we feel secure in the fact we have chosen the right place for our mum.

I had opportunity to work for Agincare but I relocated and missed the opportunity but looking forward to work for them in the future because they’re one of the best care providers I have seen

Joanne made a very accurate and thorough assessment of my fathers needs. Alison found an excellent carer and Matt arranged for both to get a live in carer all within 4 days of my first approaching Agincare. Due to their swift action my father was able to come home from hospital within 48 hours of Joanne’s assessment and I was able to take a desperately needed break that had been planned prior to my fathers illness. I’ve worked jointly with a carer named Charlie for the past week with a client. She has been fantastic!!! She is kind, patient, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely professional. She is very proactive and doesn’t let anything go unnoticed! She’s on top of her game! I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone who needs a great carer 😊

Excellent support and communication to get our dear Mother admitted. Mike was exceptionally helpful.

The home is in a beautiful setting in Bexhill Old Town. Roy's room has a pleasing view into the garden and his surroundings are quiet and peaceful.The care staff are welcoming, efficient and caring and Roy's condition has improved since he arrived several weeks ago. The food looks of good quality and Roy enjoys a good appetite for it.We are very pleased with our choice of Nursing Home.

Dealing with a team of people who are efficient but more importantly, understanding and caring is rare. Thank you for the speed in which you helped our family make an emotional and hard decision. Thank you Matt, Stacey, Dave, Louise & Sandy.

We are moving mum into her new home today. So far I have found everyone really friendly and helpful getting to this point. Any questions have been answered promptly and we had a swift reply after she had been assessed and accepted, this made the process less stressful. My father had been in hospital for weeks awaiting transfer to a new care home. We visited Cheriton and immediately knew for certain that this lovely, bright house with a charming garden and such delightful staff was the one and Dad smiled all day. It was such a relief to know that he was moving there. Thank you so much, Agincare, for arranging everything so quickly and for everyone's welcome on the day Dad moved to Cheriton Care Home.

Had a ‘wonderful’ carer who as my Mum’s husband was dying remained solely focussed on large wipes and bed pads. She carefully reminded my Mum that she wouldn’t go to heaven and be with my Dad if she didn’t behave. Just what we needed at the worst of our times for our family.

They were very helping and accommodating to help us with arranging care for our mother. So far it has been a very smooth transition.

Excellent service provided all the way through the process of setting up live in care for my Nan.
She is now receiving the best care from her own home. We can’t thank you enough for making our Nan comfortable and putting us all at ease

Choosing the correct care home is hard work but we liked both Victory and Admiralty, the head office team were very supportive and the Victory staff have been brilliant in supporting the family, thankyou
