I took delivery of my new mobility car,
everything was dealt with by Keith,
he was courteous & friendly, very informative & even took time over the phone to explain some query I had after I came home with car, top class service from Keith @ Agnews Mallusk

Motability sent me to Agnews Mallusk last week for a mechanic to look at the way my dashcam was fitted.I spoke to Kieran and asked him a couple of times to come out and look at the car. He refused and said he would phone to see what Motability wanted
He asked me the way my dashcam was fitted and when i told him it was withsuckers he said that was correct.
Motability told him something different which turned out to be wrong
Motability said they would phone him next week to find out.
Wheni rang him yesterday he said he couldn’t confirm it was fitted correctly because he hadn’t seen it
My car was there but he refused to go and look at it.
Why was i told everything was ok if he wasn’t sure.He said he couldn’t lie on the phone as he would lose his job
I am now faced with having to bring the car back to Agnews to have a mechanic look at the dashcam
This is not the sort of treatment I would expect from a franchised dealer I do not have time to run up and down to have this checked and Kieran said i shouldn’t have to.
I’m furious that i have to spend more fuel on going back to Agnews Mallusk again when i was already there and they could have looked at my car then
This is a complaint I would like addressed by a manager

I had an issue with tyres on my EQA. The dealership in general, and Charlene in particular, could not have been more helpful. Customer service by everyone from the moment I stepped through the front door was highly impressive and best I have experienced in many years buying cars.

Car was serviced on the Friday. Oil sensor fault light came on Tuesday. Had this before, but still an inconvenience. This means another day off work and trip to the garage. Also think they damaged my glove box somehow as the soft open no longer works and the glove box was open when the car was returned.

I recently took delivery of my New Company Car through Agnews in Belfast and dealt with a lovely lady called Sandra Roberts . Sandra was the most helpful and efficient Sales person i have ever dealt with in the purchase of a new company car , from start to finish she could not have done anymore than she did and always kept me updated with any progress on my order . Continually going above and beyond and helping me source a company dealing with the government grants in literally the11th hour before the scheme finished for my charge point . I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Volvo and in particular the XC40 hybrid as it is a fabulous car to go see Sandra in the new Car Sales based in Boucher Road . Thank you Sandra for all your help and outstanding customer service .

worst car company i have ever dealt with. the sales man lies and they will inflate the price from any introductory price they show you
