I had a great experience at the Linwood Pharmacy. I was having pain in my ears which turned out to be an infection. Lynn helped me out with treatment and booked me in for micro-suction. I can hear a pin drop now! Thank you so much. Excellent customer service!

Best chemist staff make us feel good. Because iam on methadone. And they don't stigmatism us especially chloe and Lynn also Mary. And all the girls who's names i don't know. Believe it or not i have to go every day and they brighten up my day. I could go on and on but I'll leave it there 100 %respect to each and every one of them

Lynn from the Linwood branch provided excellent customer service. She was attentive and reassuring and explained each step of the ear treatment process.

May I take this opportunity to thank Lynn from the Linwood Pharmacy team. I was visibly upset as I was having problems with my hearing disability. Lynn soon put me at ease and on checking my ears she advised me to have them syringed. I am now more than happy to return for this procedure.

I was at the Amiry Gilbride pharmacy this morning to get a cholesterol check. The member of staff, Mary, could not have nicer. . Her very friendly and helpful and her efficiency was very reassuring and made me feel very much at ease. Thank you Mary.

The Airdrie store has been my local pharmacy for many years and I stayed with it when Amiry & Gilbride took over. I have to say that I am very impressed with the whole set up. I am using the app to order my repeat prescriptions and that is working well. I popped in today to buy some cream for cleg bites and just happened to enquire about the new automated prescription collection service. Nic was very enthusiastic and took me outside to explain exactly how it works. I have always found her very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

Went to collect my prescription, asked if they would be able to give me a blood pressure test, which they were happy to do while I was waiting, met with Susan who took time to inform me what was involved. After a couple of checks it revealed that i was showing a further investigation would be advised with my GP, she proceeded to contact them and arrange a consultation.
Now that’s what you call care in the community and professionalism.

Went into the Paisley branch to buy some antihistamines. Lyndsay took the time to ask my symptoms and write me a prescription meaning I got the right stuff and didn't have to pay out of pocket. Top service!

When I found out my prescription had been sent to my local Boots pharmacy 2 weeks earlier and when I enquired about it they said they couldn’t source it Amiry &Gilbride sourced it within 24 hours

For 5 Months they have been getting my prescription wrong - each month blaming the computer system, the Doctor, me - They can't do repeats for multiple durations "Computer says no" - trying to explain to the Assistant that the Doctor advises that what I have are the minimum & maximum of those medications he can prescribe, one is monthly & two are every 2 months. She just kept talking over me that it was the fault of the computer.

They offered a short supply until I could get a script, said it could only be a very short supply because they appear to have had to do this a lot for me recently (I wonder why????)

I tried to explain to the woman that short supplies are not the answer, multiple trips to the Chemist are painful & not always possible with my condition - she interrupted with "we all have painful conditions hen" - I asked if I could finish what I was saying & she accused me of being aggressive & put me onto the Pharmacist.

Pharmacist said it was between me & the Doctor & hung up.

I attended the branch in Uddingston. I was going to buy hayfever medication but then they told me it could be prescribed under Minor Ailments scheme. This led to a discussion on efficacy of medication then a consultation with the pharmacist who prescribed something that finally works! Really happy.

Nic at Airdrie branch positive and helpful , nothing too much trouble !

I visit Causeyside street store often to collect my dads medication and everytime I do I am greeted with the same faces of 3 lovely bubbly girls all look very similar to each other!! These girls are very helpful and go above and beyond and always willing to help , There is one girl she’s very tall short blonde hair who likes to ignore you and when she does speak she is very rude! apart from this everything else is very pleasant!!!!

Jenna was really friendly and accommodating when helping me with my travel vaccines. She provided me with all the information I needed and gave great recommendations for other travel essentials. She made the process really easy for me and I would recommend using the services here if you also require travel vaccinations.

Ali, the pharmacist at Uddingston branch looked after me so well. He listened to my issue, gave some options, decided on a plan of action, wrote a Pharmacy First prescription and then advised on how to proceed in a friendly, respectful manner. Thank you Ali - much appreciated!

Had to call into the Linwood branch today, there was a mix up with my Mum’s medication - my Mum’s fault! The Pharmacist and Assistant could not have been more helpful and friendly as they quickly managed to sort the problem - big thank you from Mum and me!!

Very helpful and friendly service. Diane and the pharmacist went above and beyond to get me tablets to tide me over the weekend until the prescription arrived.
