Hi Mark, we're sorry that you're not a fan of the taste, it isn't for everyone and can take some getting used to. Some people actually really enjoy it while others not so much! Have you tried mixing it in water or stirring into a smoothie for a more seamless taste? That seems to work wonders with some customers. We believe the benefits of these little sachets definitely outweigh the taste considering how much is packed inside! We're actually really proud to have recently switched to new fully recyclable packaging across all of our sachets which can now be recycled alongside household items like milk cartons or shampoo bottles making them super convenient to recycle.

I don’t know how it works but the brain shots have really been a game changer in our household .
Both me and my husband are frontline keyworkers working in pretty traumatic scenarios in the first lockdown . In addition to this we are looking after our son who has type one diabetes . Working in the pandemic has been tough .
We have said every day since we discovered your brain shots how we wished we had these during the first pandemic.
We have both agreed that they make us more measured , focused , balanced & calm and we are having quality conversations with each other about everything other than working in a pandemic and how to manage a our sons diabetes which is amazing ! Even my mum said yesterday that I sounded so much more balanced . So much so she is about to order herself some .
Oh and the gut sachets .... I lost 3 stone in the pandemic through working so much and making myself run before the start or every shift ( which felt like a battlefield at one point)
My ibs was off the scale ! Crippled me at time . Your gut shots have completely rid me of all my symptoms . I ache less , I 💩 now ! I no longer go to bed with crippling cramps or needing to take a packet of buscopan or laxtatives !
My only regret is that I wished these shots were in my life sooner !
In fact the only anxiety we have now is about running out of the shots !

Little sachets of magic for your gut!!
Where to start?! I have suffered from IBS since my teens. I tried soo many things growing up, nothing works. I learned to just put up with it! Then Aguulp came along 🙏🏼 My bloating is completely gone Within only a few days of taking them. No cramps, less 💨🙊 My hormonal acne I always get at that time of the month never appeared. Bowl movements getting better too! It’s a solid 100/10 from me 👌🏼 I signed up for subscription after only a few days of taking as I could feel the difference. Real boost for burnout and struggles with Coeliacs Disease
From a struggling coeliac on burnout at the start of the year I thought I give this a shot as I also have to have a FODMAP based diet also - no dairy, legumes etc etc. After taking the gut and brain AGUULP for 3 days I felt a massive boost to where I should be and my daughter that also is dairy intolerant and about to start exams is now taking the gut option to begin with to see if this helps. Superb product and well worth a go even if you don't have my genetic digestive issues as could lead to better recovery, better sleep and less inflammation. Outlaw Jim

Big improvement in just 2 weeks
I’ve been taking Aguulp for gut for 2 weeks now and it has transformed my gut health already! Much less bloating, reduced the number of times I empty my bowels a day and for the first time in years solid poo!! (Sorry not sure how else to say that?!) Am keen to try Aguulp for brain next time too. I’ll be honest I don’t love the taste and the first one made me gag but I now have a little swig of orange juice afterwards and it’s fine! Would 100% recommend.

Give it a try, you won't be disappointed
I've struggled for a long time to find something for my gut issues - mostly pill form which had very little effect.
Within the first week of trying aguulp the change was very noticeable. Overall better gut health, less anxiety and better mood as a result!
I've managed to also eat some foods I have had gut issues with in the past but this product is not an excuse to eat junk food and stay 'protected'. I can personally say using aguulp for gut and having a moderately healthy food plan has felt amazing! (It's ok to treat yourself every now and then)
I've been using the aguulp for gut since December 2020 and there have been some changes within the service/delivery. You can now subscribe and get a discount, change in packaging and you get more sachets for the price. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the delivery. 3 out of 4 deliveries have been late and when I say late I'm talking about two weeks which has left me without any aguulp products. It's great to see the company doing well but something needs to be done in regards to production and delivery.
I will continue to use the products and have started a prescription for gut which will hopefully ensure I have a consistent flow of sachets!

Long delays
Ordered ages ago and still not arrived. My account says ‘completed’ but nothing has been delivered.
I had the trust pilot email asking how my order was before even hearing that my item was dispatched!
I don’t need emails telling me the wait is over to see the new packaging, I want telling the wait is over, your package is on its way!

very good products, please please can you put some better flavours in the products. also opening sachets often causes spillage as soft.

Awful Service & Response = Zero rating
If there was a zero rating, I would apply it.
Order not received after 13 days of being notified that it’s being dispatched.
Customer support appalling as takes them over 3 days to respond with half answers. No tracking information or any apology. Wash there hands of the whole thing. Do not use! Truly awful service!!

Grief & The Menopause
I decided to give Aguulp a try after reading such positive reviews. I opted for gut & brain supplements. I don't suffer with any serious or chronic conditions of the digestive system/bowels but the last 5-6 years have been extremely difficult and challenging. I have experienced the trauma of losing my son to suicide and can't really put into words the complexities of grief combined with the menopause. I started to write as I found this therapeutic (The Book of Man kindly shared 2 articles that I wrote about suicide and loss) but was continuing to struggle with fatigue, lack of motivation, panic attacks and brain fog. A few people had mentioned the link between the gut and anxiety and i became curious. Aguulp kept springing up on newsfeeds and I started to read the reviews and was taken aback by the experiences of people who have struggled with serious and chronic conditions and how it's helped them. I am so glad that I gave it a go, yes it seems pricey, but it actually isn't when you weigh up the benefits. I feel like I can focus again, the brain fog is definitely clearing and I don't feel bloated. I just feel like I used to. It might just be coincidence but my nails stopped growing a few years ago (probably the menopause) and I tried many products. Since taking Aguulp my nails are slowly starting to grow. I have read other reviews where people say, 'I feel like I used to' and I can certainly say the same. I would recommend Aguulp.

I have suffered with severe IBS for 11…
I have suffered with severe IBS for 11 years. I am only on day 6 of taking Aguulp but I feel better than ever . The first 4 days all of my symptoms worsened and I almost stopped but I’m so glad I stuck with it as I think it was just my tummy adjusting and some short lived side effects . I’ve been able to eat trigger foods the last couple days with no horrible ibs symptoms I’m so happy so far THANKYOU
EDIT- I have now started using the brain sachets after seeing such amazing benefits from Aguulp for gut. My moods are better I have more energy and I usually experience severe PMS which I have seen an improvement with as well as improved ibs THANKYOU

A game changer
After chemo and radiotherapy treatment I’m left with a long list of issues including IBS, gastro problems, early menopause, lymphedema and brain issues, fuzzy head, I struggle to concentrate and am ALWAYS always tired. I have been taking probiotics and a variety of supplements for 2 years and seen zero improvement so I tried aguulp gut and brain, in my eyes it is a tiny bit more than I can afford but for me it has been totally worth it. I feel happier in myself, I don’t wake up in the night with toilet issues/pain, my head feels clearer, I noticed a big change in my mood (apparently I was moody before?!) and it really has helped pretty much eradicate my IBS issues, I had some swellings from surgery and I’ve noticed they don’t swell up as much anymore (I think it swelled when I had an irritated gut?), most importantly I now have the energy to play with my little boy which is invaluable. I’ve tasted better things lol but it’s worth a few seconds of wincing to feel myself again. If I can afford it I will be subscribing to monthly subscriptions as it’s made such a massive difference. Anyway, it’s just great. Recommend to anyone and have been! Thank you aguulp:)

Works for my partner who has Crohn's disease
I bought the Aguulp for gut for my partner who has Crohn's disease. He tried them initially on their own but couldn't stomach them as they reminded him of the bowel prep he has before surgery (Not ideal!). He has since switched to having them mixed into a smoothie in the morning and they taste much better this way. He has noticed improvements in the overall feeling in his tummy which is good, he's about a month and a half into using them. They seem to reduce the day to day pain and I don't see him in lots of pain anymore, flare-ups still happen but that is the nature of the beast with crohns unfortunately. He's happy with the product and I'm glad to find something that can help relieve the pain.
