Head and shoulders the best
Practicing doctor with an interest in the role of the gut microbiome in illness. Having tried a number of different pre/probiotics the most noticeable change and best tolerated was the synbiotic from Aguulp (and a close second the prebiotic liquid sachets).

COVID & IBS
I have stomach issues anyway and after catching COVID have struggled with fatigue, brain fog and picking up every bug going around. Since taking the brain, gut and immunity I have really noticed a change my energy levels are increasing, I am not as forgetful and my IBS has really settled. The taste for gut isn’t the best but it’s down in one and then a drink it doesn’t linger so not a problem for me

I was skeptical of this product but…
I was skeptical of this product but decided to give it a go as I had poor guy health after a trip to Asia. I honestly have been amazed at how good the product is and how well it’s performed. I haven’t had a spell of good gut health like this and will keep using the product.

Daily Synbiotic
I have been taking the daily synbiotic for 6 weeks and really pleased with the results seen.
The powder dissolves very easily in a small cup of water and the taste is fairly neutral, very easy to drink.
I have had some dry skin which has never cleared only reduced then worsened. This is now very close to clear and is no longer sore. I have also found I sleep and wake up better, perform better in the gym and have lost some weight. I highly recommend this product.

Horrendous taste, no betterment
Been taking it for almost a month now with zero change. The taste is absolutely vile and to avoid wasting money I have to take it by holding my nose and chasing it afterwards with water.

For a lot of people, this product is the opposite of a waste of money and has helped many in their day to day life in ways that other products on the market could not. Although, each person's microbiome is completely different and will react differently to different things. If you still want to give us a go, or have any sachets left over then I would recommend mixing with some water to dilute the taste, or even stir into a smoothie! Team Aguulp
Definitely worth buying!
I love this stuff! I’ve had IBS since early teens. I’ve tried so many things. Nothing has ever worked for me, except this! No more bloating, painful cramps or nausea. It doesn’t taste great but it’s just one mouthful and I just wash it down with juice. Definitely worth buying on subscription!

Game Changer
I have been taking the brain sachet for three months. It’s a game changer. I suffer from MS related fatigue and working full time I get fatigue and tiredness. Using brain gives me a fog free mind and can get all the way through the day.

Aguulp for gut has changed my life!
Aguulp for gut has changed my life! For years and years I have battled with stomach pains and cramps but since using this product I very rarely experience these symptoms anymore.
