The leader (Emi) was great. Always organized and we always knew what the plans were. Prior to trip we were well informed and travel plans made all worked out well.

Amalya, the trip organizer was great and the sights were very interesting. She arranged for guides who could share amazing details and treated our group with kindness and patience. The hotels were particularly wonderful and the restaurants were amazing. We were always well-fed and carefully tended. It seemed that Amalya could handle any issue/problem that arose with attention to detail and amazing grace.

We loved all the scenic places, and seeing all the unique flora and fauna. Our AHI Guide Peter Gibbs did an exemplary job of handling all the details regarding timing, luggage handling, meals, etc. Our drive Warren ____ showed that he really cared about our safety, well-being, and enjoyment. Both became cherised members of our group.

Emi, our tour director, was fantastic. He made the trip. Give this guy a raise.

The trip was very good. We covered of a lot of the country in the 2 weeks of touring.
The hotels were all great, except it seems I was aways assigned the room closest to the elevator or stairs at every hotel. The restaurant choices were great (except 1 restaurant in Blenheim for lunch that was very slow with serving causing us to be very late the next event). The tours were all very good. The bus drivers were great, especially Warren who drove us around on the south island. Our tour guide (Peter) was very good, very knowledgeable, good natured, patient, polite, and always thinking one step ahead. His voice was quiet, which made it difficult for many to hear him... it would have been nice if he used a more commanding voice.

Good communication daily from our host/guide. Activities were splendid. Food engagements were terrific. Trip to Tallin was wonderful.

Our AHI led trip to Finland was well organized and both educational and fun. Our AHI leader created enthusiasm for each activity participating with her guests converting strangers to become friends. Accommodations were comfortable and meals highlighted local fare No one was ever hungry.

The trip was wonderful. Judy was an outstanding host and just fun to be with. The lodging was excellent and we enjoyed learning about Finland.

Very well organized with a very knowledgeable tour director. We learned a lot about the history & culture of Finland (and Estonia) and what life is like there. And the Northern Lights Village was a delight. Unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate so we couldn't do the dog sled ride, but we had a great time at the kennel

You explained and made it easy to do the necessary details of travel to NZ.

The trip was well structured and took us to a number of lovely locations. The highlight was our AHI Travel Director Virpi. She was a true delight. Pleasant, thoughtful, and well organized. She made the trip.

All staff involved takes very good care of us - responding to questions - offering guidance.
And the guides (both our constant guide and the local guides) are fantastic. Virpi - on our most recent trip - Arctic Magnificence - was absolutely wonderful. And our Professor, David Fike was terrific as well - leaving us wanting more lectures!

First experience with AHI. They kept us informed, were responsive when we had questions, and the resulting trip was fantastic. Our tour director, Antonio Ruiz, was tireless and knowledgeable. The hotel was one of the nicest we've ever stayed at -- excellent location, super-attentive employees.

The tour director was very helpful and informative. The local guides were also good.

The tour was all I hoped it would be, one city, throughly visited with highlights of art, architecture and culture. Our guides were amazing and so knowledgeable that it made the tour much richer. Antonio Ruiz was a perfect host, making sure everything promised was delivered. We even had a problem with flights and pickup but he efficiently handled it all. The hotel was a luxury to be enjoy and I appreciated that we were booked into a Marriott, know for great service and beauitful hotels. It’s central location made it easy to visit others sites not in the tour. All around it was a bucket list experience. many thanks for putting it together. Our agent, Telisha Taylor, was so helpful whenever I called with questions or concerns.

We paid for our trip early! We were greatly disappointed there was no one from Notre Dame. The group was VERY small. This could have been a plus, but it ended up to be a detriment. We ended up arranging things by ourselves. The trip probably should have been canceled. We did not get what we paid for with your company!!!
