Never hear back!!!
I left messages on 3 different options to try to talk to a person to fix my problem. That has been over 10 days now and I still have not been contacted by anyone. I have received 3 emails trying to sell me a boat monitor. I am starting to wonder if this is a real insurance company.

The representative who took my call was exceptionally friendly compared to most customer service representatives in this day and age. I can’t remember EXACTLY what he said at the end of our conversation, but it was nice enough to leave me with a good feeling about doing business with your company.

Process was so smooth
Process was so smooth. Gordon helped me save money on two boat policies. Ahoy is well versed in boats and the marine industry. It was nice to speak to someone who actually knew boat terminology and has an understanding of boats specifically. Thanks again. Couldnt ask for more.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, however when I first applied I was turn down due to driving record. Knowing that my driving good, I got my records from the motor vehicle department. I called Ahoy back and scanned it to you. I never heard back so I called to see what happened and then was approved. Not sure why I was declined at the first attempt.
