The material was easy to understand and was relatable

I enrolled on the AIHR People Analytics Course. The course was shockingly poor! The instructions videos did not line up with materials provided for students. Formulas didn't work, you had to search for other students comments for a fix! The excel spreadsheets the instructor used changed frequently within a video lesson. You had to search for different spreadsheets during every video. The explanations are at 100 MPH, you will need to pause, rewind, slow down videos, rematch over and over again! I would go somewhere else if I were you. I got a refund thankfully and cancelled the course!

The courses are insightful and practical for career development.

The content is relative and meaningful to HR and the business making it a valuable resource for all who participate.

Great Learning Experience that provide many insight

I believe the key insight was that HR should adapt AI rather than simply adopt it onn autopilot, that HR must move as fast as the business does alongside the customes, and that building trust between the direct manager and the team is fundamental to making this possible.
