MISLEADING AND DOSHONEST SALES TACTICS, THEN WHEN I QUESTIONED IT WAS NOT OFFERED ANY FORM OF GOOD WILL GESTURE OR APOLOGY.
i purchased some squincher sqweeze electrolyte iceblocks (8 packets = $100 worth of them) i needed tgese fir recovery from bariatric surgery as this is all i could eat for the first 2 weeks, they had these products listed as "in stock, and showing with around 18 units available" so i placed my order and paid for express postage.
I then waited 2 weeks with no reply, i had attempted to email them but every email was ignored, and when i finally contacted by telephone, the person on phone said the items were out of stock and i needed to wait another 6 weeks for delivery. When i requested a discount off postafe or a credit for my next order, she laughed at me and said that was not possible. I find this very dishibest and misleading to show sonething as in stock with a number of items listed if it was untrue. Very dissapoibted, and will not recommend to anyone.

Always a quality headlamp, I brought one almost 3 years ago just to have the button stop working after having put it through some harsh conditions, dropping it from heights, submerged in high alkaline water and extreme dusty environment. Would always recommend

Good communication and prompt delivery

Made purchase online for a product that was listed at half the price of anywhere else, stocked item ends up not being available. Tried to substitute with a product that was totally different. Only explanation was the manufacturer had no stock. So I rang the manufacturer, they said they had plenty of stock. Now waiting on a refund. It all was a big waste of time. And they’re sitting on $360 of my money for however long it takes to process the refund. Not ideal for my first dealing with this company.

Product was loosely packed in a larger box with other products. No package filling had been placed in the box, and the main component showed damage due to being dropped, most likely while in transit. The minor components in the order, were better protected than the major component. I spoke to a company representative and after discussions decided that it would be easier and more time efficient, to repair the damage myself, rather than returning the item for a claim. The repairs carried out took approximately one hour.

When orders are placed, they are promptly dealt with and for me as a customer, Am kept up to date on the progress of the order. I am also very happy with the range and quality of the products sold by AIMS.

From making the online order all items arrived very quickly only taking 2 business days. Only criticism is feedback is needed as to the progression of the order I.e. date shipped,ETA etc. Only able to establish this feedback via phoning the company office
