Training this week.
I have been on two courses this week first aid and manual handling. Both were delivered by Chris he makes the learning fun and is a fountain of knowledge. I learnt so much and refreshed my memory.

I have just completed a emergency first aid course
It covered everything from minor to major injuries
Including how to use defiblators in order to preserve life
Which beforehand tbh, I had been nervous about but now I feel confident to act on, if the situation ever arises
Chris is fantastic at imparting knowledge and I really enjoyed the content and the pace of the course
Chris and Aintree training delivery high quality training to the highest level
