Super responsive service and superior product offerings

The AirBubbl app was removed from the Apple Store without advising anyone , and slow response on support

When recently ordering a filter refill from my phone, I entered my new address into their system. Apparently by changing my payment choice at the end, somehow it reverted back to my old address. I saw it immediately after the order was placed, and promptly sent an email asking that the delivery address be updated. After later discovering a few days later that the product had been shipped to the old address, I sent another email. I received a prompt response that apologized and showed me how my first email had somehow gone to their spam, and they promptly sent a replacement shipment to my current address, which arrived very quickly, without any other action required on my part.

I have bought multiple airbubbl devices for my chauffeuring business and have them in all of my cars. The feedback I get from my customers is very positive and adds a degree of trust and feeling of safety to the services we offer. I've had amazing customer support from Airlabs as well and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a question about the units and when I wrote in I spoke to Ani. She was able to answer my questions quickly and honestly. Her customer service was impeccable. She had a great way of telling me about the units. I will definitely purchase this unit.

We have just installed air filtration units to our entire offices. Where staff work in small offices the sensible approch was to provide individual (personal) units. Airbubbl met the criteria perfectly. What this decision doesn't show, is the unbelievably positive reaction from our staff. I appreciate that we rely on AirLabs to produce a fuctioning product that does what it says it can do, and that this is not a vacume cleaner for which we can all see dirt stored, but the air of positiveness this has created within the office is frankly immeasurable! Our staff use their Airbubbl. Some even take them to meetings. We have just supplied two units to one of our off-site offices because the staff heard about Airbubbl from head office staff. Comments have already reached my ears about how much fresher they feel the air is. People are happier, but Airbubbl has produced a bonus that nobody would have predicted. Staff are much more positive about their time at work. Wherever we need additional units Airbubbl will be the unit we use. I have an Airbubbl working away on my desk whilst I'm writing this review....enough said. Thank you for a great product.

No quibble warranty replacement
Great service

I been very happy with my AirBubbi but was dismayed to discover that they no longer distributed to the Republic of Ireland. However Ani, most generously, arranged for replacement filters to be sent to me.
This is amazing service, but I would hope that AirBubbi will sort what ever issues have arisen and be in a position to supply the EU in future.

Couldn’t work out why the airbubbl didn’t work in the home using an apple charging head. Support team were very prompt to answer my online query and pointed out I needed a 2.1A charging head not the 1A head I was using. Didn’t even know there was a difference in the apple charging heads so problem solved quickly and simply.

good product but the inflexibility of the strap makes it useless on my car. it can’t be fitted around the headrest because it is not adjustable. works fine on a car with a headrest on adjustable metal rods but otherwise it’s no good.

Really pleased with this device from AirLabs, it works well and our whole family enjoy the benefit when in the car. Customer service has been good as well.

I had some issues to understand the instructions of my new air filter so contacted the Customer Service. The operator was really helpful and patience and I am really happy of having chosen this company! Will definitely buy more products for my new house!

We use the AirBubbl in our bedside table when allergies are acting up. My husband notices a significant difference, sleeps soundly and wakes up much more refreshed.
