They installed our airconditioning a number of years ago. our bedroom is under a cathedral roof, it has been a lifesaver. They have just carried out their annual maintenance . Timely, polite and swift. Excellent service

Did the job efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, explained about the different choices and the process during initial consultation and took me through how the unit worked and operation etc. while installing.

i found this company to be incredibly helpful and good value . the engineer turned up on the agreed time and was very polite and completed the work very quickly. Unusual to find proficient relaible companies these days . Most of my reviews are rubbishing companies....not this one!

Beware if things go wrong, these guys will charge a fortune. The engineers are perfectly pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable, but to fix a fault with one of our units cost nearly as much as a new unit. Their whole attitude has been condescending throughout, and in the end took over 6 months to actually get a fix. You’d be better off going elsewhere imho. Or accept that was you’ll be paying through the nose for as long as you have the units.

Dealing with Airconco (The Air Conditioning Company) is always straight forward. They answer emails and the phone and have availability to book in engineers for maintenance appointments quickly. Their engineers show up when they say they will and are knowledgeable and helpful. We have had two air conditioning units installed and serviced by the Airconco for the last two years and couldn't be happier.
