EDIT - they finally replied by email and said the issue would be fixed in the next update, so bumping my rating up to 3 stars. Will bump further if/when I can confirm that the issue is truly fixed.

I purchased the Pro license. Trying to use Air Explorer to back up files to Degoo cloud storage (one of their supported cloud storage services). Every upload attempt ("Copy to right") fails with "Error - The remote server returned an eroor (429) Too Many Requests". Researching this error message online, the problem is caused by throttling on the Degoo side, and the solution seems to be to add a delay between requests. Air explorer does not provide a way to add a delay between requests. I emailed AirExplorer to suggest they add the option for a user-selectable delay time between requests. No reply.

This software is amazing, but their support is awful. I have a paid license for Air Explorer. I have contacted their support about several issues, and they often just don't respond. One issue is fairly minor, but it is bothersome. Whenever I close the app, it prompts me to install the newest version. This happens nearly every time I close the app. They're likely not releasing new versions multiple times each week, so I'm sure it's a glitch. However, it takes about 3 minutes to install the "new" version, which is likely just reinstalling the same version. I contacted them about this several times, and they didn't even acknowledge my email. There were several other emails that I sent about various minor issues, and they just ignored them. What is strange is that they have responded to 2-3 of my emails. Usually, their responses are very brief and don't fully address my questions. Anyways, the software does work very well. It is much more stable than other FTP clients. It's too bad they can't take a few minutes to respond to their customers.

There’s no arguing with Air Explorer Pro’s wide support of online storage service or the options it presents for syncing to, from, and between them. But the interface is a hard to learn. Its not that intuitive and I found myself thinking I had all parameters set up only to stare at a blank screen doing nothing. When I finally got "something" syncing it took nearly a day to complete. Now I have a very large database of files to sync and this was to be expected on the first run. The next run, I expected the sync process to take less time. I was very dissapointed. It too once again a very long time. It is not that easy to figure out what (if anything) I have done wrong. So a better designed interface is essential with more up front user information. The alternative is to dip back and forth between the software and the paltry FAQ's which in themselves are not that helpful.
The price and subscription model at the moment is not very enticing. I may well be looking for an alternative shortly and cut my losses.

I just bought 1 Year of subscription from 3 weeks and I had so many errors in (Air Explorer Pro Version) I tried to contact them many times through Email - Facebook they see my messages and don't answer even I comment in every post and they not even answer to me they just take ur money and don't answer u......... Do not buy it......

Don’t recommend them bought 1 year subscription contacted them several times for support via email and also Facebook they read my Facebook and ignored them so note if you purchase there is no support
