Thanks to AirHead and Michal for the webinars, I managed to pass my ATPL!

So far so good, but there are things that will come in the future that will make it even better

For me the 2nd best atpl question bank right now (the 1st in my opinion is atpl questions, a.k.a atpl Q)

Just rips off the other question banks.

Lots of the questions will refer you to a figure that doesn't show up, so you can't learn or test your knowledge. Also doesn't show you your own areas of weakness. Overall not very impressed.

Only good feature is offline use, but that's hit and miss.

I've been using this website and app as a supplement for my ATPL preparation, and while the concept is good, there are some significant issues that make it hard to rely on as a standalone tool. Here are the main problems I’ve encountered:

- Discrepancy Between Question Banks
One of the key advantages of this platform should be aggregating multiple question banks and highlighting discrepancies in answers. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do that. When the same question has different answers in different banks, the platform doesn’t inform you. And actually that would be a fantastic feature, telling you beware all banks doesn't agree on this one. This creates a real risk of learning the wrong answer, which defeats the purpose of using such a resource.

- Navigating Between Question Banks
The platform allows you to view the same question across different banks, but it’s poorly implemented. For instance, if you’re looking at a question from one bank and want to check its version in another bank, you can’t see the explanation or bookmark it directly. You have to exit the test, search manually, and start over. This is inefficient and frustrating.

- Missing Key Features for Weakness Review
One major issue is that you can’t restart a test with only the questions you got wrong. Instead, you’re forced to save incorrect answers into a folder manually and work from there, which is clunky and time-consuming. This is a basic feature that’s critical for improving weaknesses but is missing.

- Synchronization Problems Between Website and App
While you can create folders on the website, these don’t sync with the app. If you’ve spent hours organizing your work on the website, none of it will appear in the app, making the app almost useless for follow-up study.

- Annex and Picture Issues
On the app, you can’t open pictures (e.g., charts or maps) in a separate window or pop-up. This is especially problematic on devices like iPads, where side-by-side functionality could otherwise make annex-heavy questions more manageable. Additionally, annexes often go missing in explanations, leaving you with incomplete information.

- Performance Issues
The platform can be slow to respond, especially when moving between questions or validating answers. It sometimes takes several seconds to load, which disrupts the flow of studying and can become frustrating over time.

The platform has potential, but it’s currently lacking in key areas that are essential for effective studying. While the idea of combining multiple question banks is great, the execution falls short in several critical aspects. At this stage, I can only recommend it as a supplementary tool alongside more reliable platforms like ATPLQ.

It’s a good concept, but without these improvements, it’s not worth relying on as a standalone solution.

I was not sure what to choose, airhead or atplq but finally I bought airhead. the app is very good, and offline mode is great for me because I travel much. i've read some comments that app is slow sometimes, but for me it works very fast (I have iPhone). the filtration system is very good, and it is easy to use. i am happy with my choice, hopeit will help me for exams in summer

I wanted to transfer my subscription from one email to another ... this is not a common request and there's no easy way to do it...however the support team assisted me through instagram dms and made the effort the fulfil my request which I greatly appreciate... further more the download able app could use a bit more work with subjects like gnav performance etc because the attachments are not shown. Other then that it's an excellent app with great services.

Very user friendly, it’s great to have all of the major question banks in one. Support team are very helpful and friendly if you experience any issues.

Doesn't seem to work. Have had issues the last few days. Not letting me log in or log onto the website

The way Airhead puts together all 4 major question banks is just awesome! I love the simplicity of using this tool. Adjustments or fine-tuning (if you will) of your desired requirements for the specific test is straight forward and quick. It just does its job really well!

I was recommended Airhead by a friend of mine, used it for 6 weeks or so before my exams. I used the UK filter and was very impressed by the quantity of exam questions available. One feature I really loved was the fact you can create smaller tests of "never seen before" questions, I would usually do 200 at a time. This gave me an idea of how many questions I was getting right and made it easy to review the wrong ones. I also used the question collections feature through which I saved questions which I got wrong or didn't understand for each subject to review later. Supersonic was by far the most useful feature, I went through the last 30 days filter a day before each exam, which helped me cover all bases. I think having the 4 question banks provides a great balance for learning. BGS and Avexam provide very detailed explanations whilst ATPLq provides a large repertoire of questions.

One some rare occasions some pictures were missing from the question explanations so this is something they should look to fix but did not cause any major issues for me.

The fact that it is cheaper than ATPLq means that it is great value for money in my opinion, I have used it for my first 4 exams and got an average of 97% on them!.

I begin with the aspect: very good and fluid in movements without lag(even in my old iPad Air 2 of 2016).
Pass to the bank: very big coverage of topics and updates to the questions, simple to setup the test and practice.
Functions: a must have in all question bank especially the division for authority+explanation of questions.
Support staff the best I’ve ever seen(I’m not joking) always ready to help and useveful every time.
Finally I say that all the students have to try this app for ATPL theory because you go to the exam more calm due to high quantity of question you can do.

Well laid out, great UI, makes finding things and practising questions 100% easier.

Very handy when studying ATPL theory questions, especially all banks in one is so good.

Hi guys,..It would be nicer if you can check out some question whenever you want, so really stay with the most dificult for each indivindual..

having for example a NEXT+ (put this question in/out of my pool or sth like this)

So i dont have to go again n agagin through super easy (for each one) questions

In that way somebody can minimize the questions and save more time.

Also i would love when the android version comes up so i can practice with my phone whenever i am not home.
