First of all thank you for having time to write such a review.
Let's start from the beginning.
You have booked a taxi with us, you had a bike with you and you asked us if it is possible to reduce the price, cause if we send you a minivan you had to pay more. We agreed with you and sent you a minivan. The driver went to the petrol station to drink something and fall asleep in car, cause he had still time. The driver was late we admit, we are very sorry for that. Your flight was at 07:00 you booked a taxi at 05:00 the journey from your pick up place to the airport takes 1 hour. On your way you had a road works, you faced some traffic jam. Normally you should be 2 hours in advance at the airport, which means you had to leave at 04:00 am according to airport policy. Also you had bikes to check in, it is a special luggage.
Obviously you lost your flight, you called us and told us that you do not have money to pay for the tickets, which you had. We told you that you do not have to pay for the taxi from the pick up place to the airport which is 112 Euros. Also we told you that we will pay you tickets, but we need the proof of payment. After you send us an email telling us that the tickets cost 668 euros. When we told you that we need a proof by email, you send us an email where you can see that tickets cost was almost 370 Euros and 668 Euros (here you tried to make money). You have provided your bank account details to the driver (wrote on the paper). All this happened on 14/08/2017 and on 20/08/2017 the driver made the payment to the account you have provided to the driver. The payment was successful. We have sent you a proof of payment.
"Driver “refunded” our flights but sent it to a bank that had already closed" Dear the driver cannot know if you bank account was closed or not he paid to the account you have provided. He made a payment and you could see on the attachement scan that the payment has been successfully done !
You have send us some emails changing the bank account number, there are already 3 different bank accounts we have. You told us that that bank account you sent us does not exist anymore. We have all our communication email and all the proofs to provide if needed.
The result:
1. We paid your taxi 112 Euros
2. We paid your tickets 370 Euros
3. Instead of contacting your bank to solve the problem, you decided to leave to negative reviews.
