Booked tickets for 29th December from London to Stansted @4.35 for 4 passengers which cost 64pound, when we got to bus at 4.15 the bus driver was extremely rude and told us he only had room for 2 people, he closed the door in our faces and did not explain that we could wait for the next bus. We had to book tickets with another bus company as we were nearly late for our flight. When we contacted this company to tell them of our experience, they were not a bit helpful, I had to keep emailing them and they eventually emailed us back 2 weeks later, they now want us to show them the tickets of the other bus that we had to book, which we don't have as we did not think we would need them again, I had the tickets that we did not get to use as they were in my phone because I booked them online which I presume they can check to see they were not used. I do not understand why they want the tickets of the alternative bus that we booked because that has got nothing to do with them. I think they are just looking for any excuse not to refund us. Please avoid this company they are just rip off company.
