This airline is just terrible!
This airline is just terrible. I f I could leave a zero review I would. Their customer service agents are rude, not helpful and they are un able to speak English. They booked us a flight that did not exist, then completely denied what they did. Due to their mistake, we were unable to get to Toronto to connect with our flight to get to our destination. We missed out on our trip of a lifetime, one that I will never be able to do again. I truly hate flight hub, and I will never, ever use this company ever again.
FlightHub charges you for luggage and doesn't notify airline that you already paid.
I made booking through FlightHub to fly on TAP (Air Portugal) and paid for 2 checked luggage per person. On the outbound leg, I was told during check in that I was not entitled to any checked luggage. I showed them my FlightHub receipt, so TAP allowed me to check in my bags. However, when I checked in for the return flights, I was again told that I was not entitled to any checked luggage. I showed my FlightHub receipt showing that I already paid for the luggage, but the attendant said that their system did not show the luggage, and that I would have to pay them separately. So I had no choice but to pay for the luggage again.
I submitted a refund request to FlightHub 7 days ago, and every time I try to find out the status of my request, AI responds, "We understand your eagerness for an update. Our team is actively working on your baggage allowance investigation request and will notify you as soon as it has been completed. Meanwhile, we appreciate your continued patience."
What is there to check? They already have my original booking which shows that I am entitled to the checked luggage, and they have a copy of the receipt showing that I had to pay to check the luggage. They are just giving me the runaround, and probably have no intention of ever refunding my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. FlightHub has proven to be one of the most incompetent and dishonest travel companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is a masterclass in avoidance: long hold times clearly designed to wear you down and make you hang up, repeated delays with no resolution, and blatant lies about having contacted the airline on my behalf—when they hadn’t lifted a finger.
Every interaction felt like a stall tactic. They drag their feet endlessly, offer no transparency, and treat customers like nuisances rather than people relying on them for critical travel arrangements. I wasted hours trying to get a simple issue resolved, only to be met with indifference and deception.
Do yourself a favor: book directly with the airline or use a reputable agency. FlightHub is a headache wrapped in incompetence, and I wouldn’t trust them with a bus ticket, let alone a flight.

FlightHub is nothing but a bait-and-switch operation. It’s like agreeing on a price for a car, then coming back to pick it up only to find the price has changed, restrictions added, rude service, and long hold times. I’ll never use them again.
On my call, I was told the ticket I booked would now cost nearly double—\$650 instead of the “70% savings” they claimed. When I checked directly with the airline while still on hold, the exact same flight was only \$350. After waiting over 45 minutes, they said they’d cancel my ticket for free—but only if I booked another flight right then, sent proof, and then waited for them to process the cancellation. By the time I refreshed the airline’s page, the flight was gone, and suddenly FlightHub could only “get it” for even more than their already inflated price—just because I wanted a carry-on. Final OneFlightHub price -($ 351+$60.99=$411.99) USD must different from the $292 restricted price originally quoted. All this agony for the up charge).
Total call time: 1 hour and 40 minutes. At one point, the rep disappeared for 40 minutes, ignoring me when I called their name. Miraculously, they reappeared only after I called in on another line.
Buyers beware—FlightHub has already been fined for deceptive practices. In fact, the “Investigation of FlightHub ends with \$5.8M in total penalties for company and directors” headline says it all. Lesson learned. I want a refund for the extra charges, at the very least!
Obviously, they’re still pulling the same fraudulent tricks—clearly, the lesson hasn’t sunk in.

Literally impossible to speak with a human being. Didn't stay up to date with flight changes throughout the process. Paid hundreds for preferred seat selection; didn't get preferred seats.
Terrible after care service
Terrible after care service. They make it impossible to connect with a live agent. While initial pricing is cheap, they get you later with any changes. I strongly advice to NEVER use this site for any purchases. Use others like Priceline or Expedia or direct. you wont regret it.
Very deceptive
I was booking a couple flight with a live agent and in the meantime I had all the information in front of me on my laptop. Everything on my laptop was in Canadian however, they charged my Credit card in US dollars. That is very deceptive. I noticed the pending amount and called in right away and was told the the Airlines normally hold funds so that is the extra that I was seeing. When I called in and asked about it they are now telling me that the agent never said that it was Canadian Dollars. I travel quite often and will also NEVER use them again. The agent knew that I was Canadian so why was he quoting in US dollars. I also bought Insurance thinking I can cancel; if I changed my mind. Well that Insurance is only is only for if something happens while I was on the trip. Why wasn't this explained to me when I was asking if I can get my ticket money back if I did not want to go again. This is real robbery.

I booked a round trip to newfoundland through FlightHub, they accepted payment and things were good. However, when my daughter and I showed up at the airport ready to fly out, Air Canada told me that I wasn't on the flight and there was no record of us at all. I was forced to buy last minuet tickets at a much higher cost. Later on that day I discovered that FlightHub quietly canceled my round trip flight without notifying me and didn't refund all of the original amount keeping $63.20 for themselves.
Poor Customer Service and Unfair Charges for Unused Service
I booked a round-trip flight through FlightHub:
- Toronto to Delhi on July 3rd
- Return on August 8th
Along with this, I purchased their FlightGuard48 flight disruption protection (charged directly by FlightHub).
On June 20th, the airline (Air India) cancelled my outbound flight. I promptly contacted FlightHub and received a refund for the flight ticket, which was handled smoothly.
However, the real issue started when I requested a refund for the FlightGuard48 service, which clearly could not be used due to the flight cancellation.
FlightHub told me to contact the third-party service provider directly, which I did via email (since there's no phone support). The response I received was the following:
“Our service is designed to provide real-time monitoring and proactive support starting 48 hours before your scheduled departure. Since your flight was canceled more than 48 hours in advance, our service was not triggered and cannot be considered used.”
This was completely reasonable — the service was never active because the flight was canceled well before the monitoring window.
I tried explaining this clearly to FlightHub’s customer service AI bot, stating:
“The cancellation was completed well in advance of the 48-hour window before scheduled departure, and the booking is no longer active. Given that the FlightGuard48 service did not enter the active monitoring period and was never utilized for this itinerary, I kindly request a full refund of the FlightGuard48 service fee.”
Unfortunately, FlightHub’s system repeatedly blocked me from reaching a live agent, and I kept getting canned AI responses with no resolution. It was extremely frustrating.
It's clear that FlightHub keeps the money for a third-party service that was never used, even though they likely get reimbursed. That’s unethical.
This feels like a classic case of malpractice — charging for a service that was voided from the start, and offering no human recourse to dispute it.
Avoid FlightHub if you expect transparent service or the ability to resolve even basic issues.

FlightHub is a complete scam operation. They cancelled my flight for no reason, gave me zero explanation, and then left me completely stranded. Customer service was useless — just copy-paste responses, no accountability, and no solutions.
They take your money, then act like it’s not their problem when things go wrong. They’ll blame the airline, dodge your questions, and then try to charge insane “service fees” if you ask for help. It’s a classic bait-and-switch scheme.
Do not trust this company with your travel plans. You’ll lose your money, your time, and your sanity. Book direct with the airline or use a company that actually cares when things go wrong.
FlightHub should not be in business. Period.

This company lies, cheats and changes flight details without notifying you. Typical response from their agents and supervisors is; we will call you in two hours- do not believe it, they will never call you back.

I was supposed to travel in November 2024 but had a severe cold so I canceled my flight I was assured that I can keep my e-ticket for another trip. I requested for a refund but was told I can have an e-ticket instead. My money was reduced but I kept quiet. Now that I am ready to travel, flight hub is refusing to offer me a flight ticket and keep transferring my calls, I have been staying on the phone just waiting to talk to a representative but to no avail. I have been a customer for a couple of years and never expected to be treated this way.
