Quick delivery, not used yet as xmas presents. Hopefully they will be good for our little gymnasts. Both grand daughters are having one.

AirTraxUK have gone above and beyond with quickly responding to questions and swapping an order when I had accidentally ordered the wrong size.
We now have the 3meter Air Track and the small Air Roller for my daughter who loved Acro and gymnastics. It’s perfect for practising tumbling and perfecting technique. Her two brothers also have enjoyed it too!

I wasn't sure on what to buy but Ryan was really helpful in finding the best Air Track. It was delivered super quick and the quality was amazing. Will definitely be purchasing more products in the future!

Bought a 5m for the daughter! Came next day and got used all year so far. Will be getting another this year for inside when it’s cold out.

Order arrived very quickly and packaged…
Order arrived very quickly and packaged well. My daughter uses this all the time, easy to put and up and take down again, and even fits in the carry case again which is often tricky to do! Comes with a super fast and powerful air pump which has come in handy for other things too. Very happy with our purchase, thank you.

Don't waste your time with this company.
We bought our daughter a airtrax for her birthday and for obvious reasons we bought it a good month before her birthday just incase we had to wait for delivery.
When it arrived we never opened it we just wrapped it up ready for her birthday.
When we did open the airtrax on her birthday, we inflated it and it was honestly disgusting. It looks like splats of blood off flies over it, tears on both sides. yellow stains over it. It definitely wasn't new as advertised on the website.
I tried numerous times to get hold of them but there customer service is non existent. I sent them all the photos of the state of it and all they said was I've owned it for over 14 days so it's nothing they can do.
I'd stay well away from this company rubbish product followed by dreadful customer service. I'd give them zero stars if possible.

Order never arrived, after 10 months, item has still not arrived and item has not been refunded. Lack of communication and care.

Hi Kelly, This review may be relevant to UPS. According to our records a delivery was successful. We can't accept claims directly if a parcel has been delivered and claimed to not of been. This is why we worked with you on opening a UPS claim.

Fantastic product and excellent customer service
Brilliant product, very sturdy and great value for money, my daughter loves it. I have to say thank you for the fantastic communication with Ryan who was incredibly helpful when I needed this item as a last minute gift. My daughter wanted to start gymnastics so after so research I came across Airtrax UK and purchased one of their mats for her birthday. It is a top quality product and has helped her progress and given her the support needed when learning gymnastics.

Amazing to deal with!
I ordered a gymnastics blowup mat from Airtrax UK and couldn’t be happier! The quality is excellent – firm enough for stability but with just the right amount of cushioning for safe landings. Delivery was quick and the customer service team was really helpful when I had a sizing question. My kids use it daily for tumbling and cheer practice, and it’s holding up perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone needing durable, professional-grade mats!

Do not buy from this company customer…
Do not buy from this company customer service is awful. I bought the mat for my granddaughter birthday.
Didn’t open parcel straight away as it was a present. When the box was opened the mat didn’t have the logo on the mat plus there was a leak as the mat would go down overnight.
Contacted the company who were helpful in the beginning but wouldn’t refund as it was out of their 14 day money back guarantee. Surely if it was a faulty item should be refunded after the 14 days.
Wouldn’t answer my phone calls.
Good job I paid on my credit card as had to get my money back through them.
