I bought direct from Air Ups, 2 Air Ups as a package. 1 is fine, the other leaks.

I contacted Alex @AirUp Uk and after explaining what the issue was, we were given a full refund.

Great customer service and will happily buy again.

6 months later, the bottle leaks, no replacement. So, let the children drink water with a normal bottle, it‘s just the same, but much less expensiv. Air up wants to create a long time addiction to their “pods”, that’s the real deal. Stop it, no need to any additional things to drink water, it’s ridiculous, typically Belgium shit …

didn't get on well with the bottle. The portal would not allow me to return but kept on saying you've got 14 days to return with no way to do it. No phone number and don't respond to any of your emails.
Avoid.

The design is awful - despite regular cleaning and drying, this product gets mould growing in it. Both my kids have these and they are both the same, despite 2 different designs. I tried to complain and was told that I wasn't drying or washing regularly (which I am) - very expensive and over priced and will now have to go in the bin.

Ordered a bottle and pods on 12th April for my daughter with her birthday money - got an email to say my order would be delayed which was fine. Order was then delivered on 22nd April but it was not correct order, two pod packs flavours which I hadn't ordered and no bottle. I contacted customer service and got a response with the tracking link which shows the order delivered but the order is WRONG - I can't seem to get this through to AirUp. Have had no response from Customer Service since 29th April despite numerous emails via their direct chat follow up channel. Really disappointing considering this is my daughters birthday purchase and no offer of any solution.

Absolute load of rubbish and appalling customer service from air up!!
We lost the tiny silicone air hole valve and now the bottle is useless. We’re left with a load of scent pods we can’t use.
After I initially contacted them they never bothered to respond and then I finally got a human Alex (by email) to be told that they don’t sell any replacement valves!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ unbelievable as really for the price they charge these bottles should be sold with an extra valve. You have to remove it to clean it (otherwise as lots of people say it gets mouldy) but it is so ridiculously small that it is easily lost or damaged!
Their only response was to tell me to buy a brand new bottle!!!! 😡 They seriously don’t care about their customers. They just want your money for their rip off bottles.
The company clearly don’t care about sustainability either!!
Absolute bunch of jokers selling a rip off bottle at an extortionate price. I’m beyond disappointed air up 😢

I placed an order for some replacement pods in January. It was only last week when my son had used his last pod from my previous order, and asked for a new one, that I realised that I hadn't received my order. I checked my emails and the status was still showing shipped and the royal mail tracking hadn't shown as being delivered.
I contacted air up today explaining my situation and appreciated that the order was placed weeks ago but I still hadn't received my order.
The response from air up stated that as the order was placed weeks ago, it had past the deadline to investigate. Will not place any future orders with this company.

Exceedingly long delivery times (over a month so far) for pods that were supposedly in stock. Poor communication makes everything worse

I have 3 children, all of them have an air up purchased direct from their website - all three bottles -

- Leak when layed down.
- Grow mould in the straw despite continuous washing.
- Pods last days and are then tasteless.

Terrible quality for the price paid.

Poängen med en vattenflaska är att den inte ska läcka. Airupen löcker nästan jämt om den inte står i upprätt läge. Med tanke på det höga priset så är det en usel produkt.

Ordered in plenty of time to arrive before Christmas as it is a present but 10 days later still no product. They claim they will deliver before Christmas if you order before 21st on their website but given my experience that seems highly unlikely.

Bought for my daughter as all her friends have one at school and it's the latest 'in thing' I spend about £35 - £40 on a bundle bottle and pods.

Personally I think it's an extremely overpriced water bottle.

. The bottle leaks even when filled below the fill line
. The top is difficult to get on and off
. The bottle us an odd shape which makes washing up and drying a pain as it keeps falling over.

Personally I don't see the big fuss. I suppose the smell of the pod does alter the taste slightly, but jot enough to make me think I'm drinking fruit juice, however my daughter loves it.

Wouldn't exactly recommend. Very overpriced!

I ordered an airup bottle from a website with a co za at the end of the name, no dashes or com. Please be aware it is a FAKE website. I stupidly assumed it was based in South Africa. I ordered a bottle and pods around 20th April 2024. They sent me tracking numbers which legitimately tracked online from CHINA (first red flag) and not a South African address, it also did not arrive in the prescribed 15 days time. We are now on 16th July 2024 and we got notification to collect at the South African post office. My dad went to collect the parcel and it was marked sunglasses. He then had to pay another R40 over and about the R645 I had already paid. THIS is a SCAM website. There were false Gucci Sunglasses in the box!! I am beyond furious!! DO NOT order from airup South africa as it is 100% NOT a South African site. Nor is it even affiliated witg airup. The item was posted directly from China. I am very upset. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and has to drink copious amounts of water. I thought this would be a fun way to drink water....lesson learned!!

The water bottle company is air-up.com, not airup.com. This is an average science website. Looking up air up on here is the one on the bottom of this. Leave this website alone.

Product simply does not work as described. Good luck trying to return your faulty bottle / pods...instead they just suggest that you haven't assembled the bottle correctly etc - opening a case with Paypal as it certainly feels like i'm going to struggle to get my money back otherwise.

Does anyone know how to get a refund from this company please?
It's been 2weeks and my order is not even dispatched yet. And yes I ordered from their website.
They kept saying go to their support, but there's nothing their but information about their products. I have been scammed.

Customer (dis)service. What idiot would buy a water bottle designed to leak, pop it in their gym/University/School/work bag alongside their laptop, mobile phone, headphone, papers, clothes? No one. But if you are gifted a 30 GBP water bottle, a Ferrari or Lamborghini version, it must be good. Right? Think again. Here’s the catch. Unlike your Ferrari or Lamborghini which you can return if it cant actually turn right when you move the wheel in that direction, or they go into reverse when you press drive, you can’t actually return your air up when it leaks all over your stuff. That’s because this bottle is designed to leak. All over your stuff. So if you can afford to replace your phone, headphones, gym kit, loose your papers, have damp stains on your backpack, and probably loose that also, go ahead and buy it. But don’t expect to speak to anyone, let alone a refund. It was a present for me and if anyone wants a leaky water bottle for free….Personally, stick to your supermarket cheap as chips option.

Ordered at the beginning of November dpd have confirmed my order was returned to air up on the 8th nov as the address couldn’t be found and they didn’t update them when requested details, I have since read on Facebook they are doing this to a lot of orders not providing the full address on parcels! Emailed them numerous times gave them all details of my order to then be ignored and still no refund

Doesn’t work! Save your money and buy a normal water bottle. The pods have a smell but you certainly don’t taste anything. As for the company, their responses are pathetic (I think it’s a robot to be honest!) and if you have a discount code prepare to be told that everything is suddenly out of stock when you go to the checkout. This happened to me but after closing down the website and clearing any history of it, I went back on 10 minutes later to find it was all in stock. Complete con! AVOID!
