The agent acted professionally…
The agent acted professionally throughout my engagement with him. He looked for the best deal for me, he called me back severally to engage me in decision making. After two weeks of reservation, I called him to ask for a new date as the date i initially booked was no longer tenable. This he dealt with in a professional manner and booked a new flight for me.

I’m happy about the service provided
At 1st I had so my doubts and trust issues ,because this was my 1st tym booking flight through travel agency. But they explained me very clearly and their customer care is on point ,Mr David as been very patience to me n he followed up me with everything clearly checked where the customer was happy ,I’m impressed with their support for finding ticket on friendly budget .
