Avoid at all costs!!! She's so attentive and responsive before you hand the money over, but once you do, it's game over and she falls off the face of the earth. She asks for half payment and then no response for over 3 months, completely ghosted and took over 2k! She was active on socials during this time but just decided to ignore someone who has handed her grands. Only until I contacted the designer directly did she refund me with no explanation.
Designer confirmed she didn't even process my order nor hand him any money. Robbing thief!!
Wear a bin bag if you must but avoid this robbing lady to save you the stress and anxiety. Awful Lady for the stress she puts brides through.

I had a terrible experience with Aisha ZENA for my bridal wear. I visited in August 2024 for my initial consultation, and I was reassured multiple times that my lengha would be ready on time if I placed the order within a week. I drove 2.5 hours for the fitting, and only got to try on the lengha sample, not the kameez. Aisha promised that her measurements were accurate, boasting about her experience with Zeeshan Danish bridal pieces.
As weeks passed, I reached out for updates in September via Instagram DM. She said it was in production but didn't get back to me until November, sending a video of the lengha. At that point, I confirmed the outfit was ready to ship and asked about the other items (potli bag, dupatta, hijab material). She said they were all ready but didn’t respond when I asked when the outfit would actually be shipped.
When I went in person to try on my outfit, I had to wait an hour because Aisha was stuck in traffic, despite me traveling from far away. When I finally tried the outfit on, the kameez was uncomfortably tight and didn’t fit right at all. The hijab material and dupatta were missing. I was left in tears, with no choice but to pay the full amount after already having paid a 50% deposit. The outfit was then sent to her tailor to try to fix the fit, but they couldn’t achieve the desired look. The dupatta and hijab material arrived just a day before my wedding, and the hijab was made of cheap, thin fabric with minimal width.
The customer service was appalling, and Aisha seemed completely unbothered by the stress and frustration she caused me, especially so close to my wedding. In the end, the whole experience was a nightmare and definitely not worth the £3k I spent. I would not recommend Aisha ZENA to anyone.

Ordered my wedding outfit from them back in January 2023. My wedding was in September 2023 and they didn’t give me my outfit until 2 days before my wedding. They stopped messaging, answering calls etc. The only way they replied about my dress was when I mentioned I’ll get a refund from my bank then and report this business with the screenshots. Absolutely disgusting and left me in pieces before my wedding day. To make it worse the dress I designed and ordered wasn’t anything like what I received. Don’t even bother ordering through these girls. Shambolic

update following on from previous 2 reviews..
they continued to ignore me still.. but I discovered their weak point. their collabs, I had to post a very firm comment on vanity femme recent post on insta (this is someone they keep sweet, because clearly they only respect ppl in accordance with their followers numbers), stating what dishonest disgusting company they were holding ransom a 17yr old little girls outfit (this comment went into the hidden section shortly after).. low and behold firstling in the morning 9:30am I get a message from , apparently Aisha has been hospitalised, (for 4 months??, these lowlifes feel no shame in the lies they tell).. I did not entertain their BS excuses.. the outfit was altered and posted back within 2 days.. utter scammers .,, greedy greedy greedy shameful immoral people.. who takes 6 months to fix a zip!!!! 9 months in total I took to get the outfit back from the day it was ordered ,, its not right still but at least we finally have it back..
my only conclusion to these sisters & 1 husband is that they lie so much , that its become normal to them, they truly must not realise how awful they have become as human beings..
also FYI , the address they give you to come for the fitting to is a rental HMO, owned by ZA and her husband.. they actually live in the house next door.. if anyone goes them . DO NOT PAY BY BACS , PAY BY CREDITCARD , You will have protection then. ask for terms and conditions.. ask for receipts .. record all interactions. do not give 50% deposit. and if there is even the smallest problem with the order , do not pay a penny more, know your rights. and lastly seriously go elsewhere , they're nobody's.

I had placed an order in January for my sisters wedding in May I was told I’d have my clothes in the first 2 weeks of April. On the 15th April I messaged regarding when my clothes would come and they said they’ll find out, I followed up a few days later as I got no response and they began ignoring my messages. They then on the 30th April messaged to say they can’t send the clothes out due to ‘designers’ being unable to complete the order. Such a selfish ‘business women’ who decided to tell me 3 weeks before my sisters wedding she can’t do the clothes, after months of me ordering and giving a deposit. Honestly 100% one of the worst places I’ve been to for clothes.
