I placed my order late evening yesterday and received it just before midday the day after. The team, including couriers, communicated efficiently and effectively. They made sure it was delivered to my address and responded to my queries so quickly!!!

Had a heavy package due, one hour before arrival the driver rang me, I explained i have disabilities and my flat mate has recently had a stroke, so if he could just leave it by the door we'd get it in a while. He said I will ring you when we are ten mins from you if you can get the door open we will place it inside for you. Amazing, that's exactly what they did, so lovely. Best delivery lovely helpful driver.

Amazing company that I had never heard of. They emailed the night before with an estimated time then emailed and text today to confirm times. Then I had a call from Alex advising me they were 30mins away. As I live in a flat I did say I would meet him in the foyer but when he arrived he brought it upstairs. Lovely guy, fantastic service. Highly recommend this company. I did ask if they could possibly teach a certain other company who I have recently reviewed how to do deliveries! How deliveries should be done.

The service re updates was really amazing even phoning me to let me know I was there next delivery. I was recently scammed so rather unsure ordering on line again but your company has restored my faith they came from Leeds please pass it on would highly recommend your service thank you

Criminal damage to property whilst delivering a fridge. Complained for months and been fobbed off despite ample evidence. Said it wasn’t their problem but their subcontractors, who couldn’t speak English and couldn’t care less. Horrendous customer service and zero accountability.

Great service from start to finish,recieved a phone call to say they would be with me within the hour .Kevin and Jay (Prompt transit) very polite ,had to unpack parcel to take pictures ,repacked Fast efficient service.

We just wanted to write to say congratulations on a first class service and a special mention to Junior and his colleague for the excellent delivery of our new mattress . They kept us informed if the delivery which arrived exactly at the time they said it would. They unpacked the mattress and placed it on the bed and removed all packaging and took it away along with our old mattress.

Great delivery (delivered to my doorstep on the 3rd floor.. can't remember the last time a courier did that!) and friendly courier. :)

They are the absolute worst. First from home depot a tore up snowblower. Second from dicks a smashed kayak. Absolutely the worst out there

Excellent company. Delivered garden furniture as specified. Staff were so polite and pleasant. I have notified the company direct to pass on my thanks to their line management and staff directly, as I feel this process often gets missed out .

I was well informed of the delivery and given a two hour time slot which in this day and age is unique with some other deliveries giving you a full day range.

The driver was so nice and he went the extra mile and put our package exactly where we needed it to be for assembly.

Was given at delivery slot of around 14 hours, received a call saying when my delivery would arrive, it arrive on time, meaning I didn’t need wait in all day 👍

I started working with Panther years ago, and then Panther was acquired by this company. The service was already poor before, but with AIT, the terrible service has been combined with an even worse attitude.

Despite using their 2-man delivery service, my shipments—packed with 4cm impact-proof barriers on each side—frequently arrive damaged. When you try to start a claim, you’re forced to wait seven days for the invoice to arrive. Conveniently, claims must be opened within seven days, meaning they deliberately delay sending the invoice until the last possible moment—often at 16:30 on the final day—so you can't file a claim in time.

If you want your business to fail, work with these cowboys. Otherwise, stay away and warn others to do the same.

Incredible quality mattress delivered with care and very easy to set up. We’ve bought mattresses before but this one puts them all to shame.

Amazing customer service.
I had a washing machine delivered but they couldn't take it up the stairs even though I had selected this option when placing the order so they refused to deliver. I spoke to Connor Richardson who immediately got down to the bottom of the issue which was that they couldn't go above 2.5 floors and mine was on the 4th. Since it had landings and only eight or so steps on each flight Connor said he could arrange for a special team to come and do it. He deserves full credit for being flexible and finding a solution. He saved a situation which could easily have dragged on, lead to endless frustration, anger and resentment and most likely would have ended in a return with high costs for everyone involved. In short he just made it happen. Thank you !!
