You have stolen my monies and that is not good or acceptable. I wonder how Costco will feel when they hear you are advertising their Kirkland Foil for sale taking payment yet not sending the goods.

This company is a scam no emails telephone always engaged no communication what so ever avoid at all cost don’t waste your money and time they provide you with no goods just headache chasing your money

I paid over £70 no product, no response be phone it never answers, vis email, no reply. via FB messenger zero reply.. id avoid 100% now trying to get cash back via PP.

Do not buy no reply item not sent con don't answer calls

Sadly It seems I'm not the only person with a missing order and no response or answer from their customer service. I'm sure this site is a scam, don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a panda pillow on the 19th April, there's no sign of it, I've tried ringing the company they wont answer the phone, I've emailed them 3 times with no reply.i think I can say goodbye to my £38,i think it's disgusting the way they treat people

At soon I saw their stuff I was wow I'll be the only one who have it , i like that feeling when i bought something no one else got it & with Akenz that's how I feel everything it's original, jacket, hoodi & etc

Sent my package to billing address and not the delivery address I had when I purchased the item… I would stay far away from this company

had complications throughout the order and ultimately ended up getting $500 shoes in a plastic bag. i’ve ordered less expensive items from further i can’t comprehend the issue. they never mentioned anything of this and i’ve never had anything like this happen anywhere at this point it’s laughable. after asking about it they held my box ransom for $60? even though shipping is free and returns are free? but getting something i didn’t receive is 60? i’m laughing as i type shouldnt i receive the $60 for failing to give me the box. at this point we just move on and no one i know will buy from akenz, i recommend you do the same to avoid such a weird experience for something so straightforward
