Akibaloot 

In ordered 2 etbs for retail of mega evolution: Order #AKIB8276 (October 4, 2025) and a order just came in.
Got a fake boosterbox of Destined Rivals, sent straight from Ali Express, obviously fake cards. Do not trust this store!

I pre-ordered 2 Pokemon ETB's in septmeber 2025. I received a conformation of my order and minutes later another mail that the payment wasn't recieved. It turned out that there were 2 ordernumbers, and they luckily solved that problem. Till that moment Lisa from Akibaloot responded quickly....

So I was waiting in high anticipation the shipment of the 2 ETB's. Shipment would be around the 10th of October. Until now I haven't received anything and Akibaloot isn't responding anymore on emails or chats on their website.

All my trust is gone now, so all I can do is write this 1 star review to keep this from happening to others.

Just an update on my previous review. Product released on october 10, still haven't received product nor did I get the refund I asked for.

Please take note of everything I said in that review, it's been verified by Trustpilot, which means I provided evidence of all my claims and Trustpilot accepted them as the truth.

So yes, I paid for a product, release day has been long gone, and I never got the product or a refund, avoid this company !

I bought some stuff as a gift for someone. The time until it was delivered was really long. When I got some of the stuff, it was really obvious that it was all fake. The cards are not official and are printed by themselves. They will not answer your messages or mails if you have questions. Please, please don't buy from them. They are complete assholes.

They dont ship the orders and ignore all the communications

I should've been more careful, but the one time I don't check reviews for a new site and it's a scam. I've ordered on October 8 and my product should've shipped on October 10. I don't get any answer on my mail and by their chat I'm being told to wait.

I would love to get my money back, but I'm not expecting it. Just don't order from them.

After a few days i order. The price dropped on their website. I ask if they pay back the difference or cancel the order.. no reply. I let them know i will report fraud they reply on the first mail. “Cancellation is not possible. The order will be send as planned”

Communication is poor. Its been 14 days and still the order isn’t sent. Frequently ask for a track and trace nr, but untill now (2 October) no nr.
Excuses “we tried to contact you” are a lie.
Don’t order from this webshop! Its a scam.

I order stuff from them on 23 september still im Processing. Its a scam be carefull dont trust!!!

I just received my booster bundle after like 3 weeks and all the booster boxes were counterfeit luckily i didn’t trust them so it wasn’t too much of a money loss but my advice is to not order from them
