At first they were great
At first they were great, worked with me after I needed my rings resized and cut a deal since they ended up sending me the wrong ring. I received my new rings and after 2 days of light wear on one ring bent, cracked and lost a gemstone. Customer service offered to repair after I payed $30 plus shipping fees to them. I’ve already spent over $200 on the rings, plus $30 to ship them back to be resized and exchange the incorrect band plus $50 for the resizing. The quality of the ring is obviously poor, I am unsure the opals are even true opals at this point. I cannot update my review on etsy since they have commented on it. I regret all the money I’ve put into these rings. Next time I will spend my money with a reputable jeweler.

Firstly we would like to confirm that this review has no relation to this website or our trustpilot. The purchase was made on Etsy.com.
You purchased 3x rings, admittedly we sent you 1x ring with the wrong stones. You got your sizing wrong, and completely cut one of the rings because you could not remove it from your finger.
We clearly state we do not accept any damaged items back, for refund or for alteration. However in goodwill because of the stone issue on one ring, we accepted back the damaged ring and charged you only $50 for the work, this included resizing two of the rings and completely remaking the ring you destroyed and also shipping back to you.
We normally charge $40 PER ITEM for alteration so we feel this is very reasonable as the charge should have been at least $80 and we should not have accepted back the destroyed ring.
After the work was completed and you received the rings, you damaged one of them and completely bent it out of shape, this caused one of the stones to fall out. This is not our fault.. we cannot be held responsible if you did not care for your ring and damaged it and we said we would repair it for you but would not do so for free as you demanded.
We always do our best to help our customers as much as possible, and sometimes we may make mistakes, given the mix up on one ring we offered extremely fair fees to have all the rings corrected despite you destroying one.
Amazing
So, so pleased with our rings. The quality is amazing and I am so glad I went for titanium instead of the white gold.

Beautiful rings
Beautiful rings! Purchased an engagement ring and wedding ring in titanium. I stupidly guessed the wrong size for my partner but it wasn't a problem getting them resized. Chris was very accommodating and we got them back very quickly even though it is the Christmas period.

Wedding rings
Their website said some delays due to being busy but the rings were here quite quickly. They look and feel a quality product. We are very happy with our matching polished titanium wedding bands. Would recommend and would use them again
