We ordered our wedding rings from Aladdin’s Cave Jewellery, and we could not be happier. The rings are stunning and value for money. The experience was so much nicer than the experiences we had in high street jewellery stores which seemed much more limited in terms of options (especially affordable ones). Dispatch was super quick and the products are superb. I had a couple of queries over Instagram DM and communication was a little slow but it was in a busy period and also around holiday times, so was good considering the timing. I found sizing of rings a bit confusing but ordered the ring sizer tool and I’m so glad I did, it was worth the small amount to have. But I think there is a good resizing policy if needed. I would recommend and use this store again.

I was delighted to receive my order which arrived really quickly. Sadly the chain had a knot which was disappointing. After some time I did manage to untangle it. The pendant was exactly what I wanted and am sure my granddaughter will be pleased with her birthday present.

I have made multiple purchases and recommend then to friends and family often.

The jewellery ordered is lovely, but customer service is basically nonexistent. They don’t reply to emails and on the odd occasion that they do it takes up to a week to get an answer. I know they are a small business but even so, people need to be able to speak to them. Due to now response I’ve had to now purchase a second ring as the first wasn’t quite right, I had questions about returning which have still gone unanswered.
