This is a scam thats my experience. The delivery status doesnt update then I get an email stating that one of my 2 packages has been delivered but I dont have 2 packages. Its been 4wks already and pretty sure I am not getting this order. AMEX thank goodness credited me for this fiasco. Makes me mad that a military veteran is scamming people esp fellow Americans.

Took forever to ship. Tracking number was from China but package that came in mail said it was from Texas. Coin was not included in the package. Cheap hat not worth the money. Reached out to support and no response. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed and quite disgusted. This company represents themselves as a Veteran and coming from a family of actual veterans this is disgraceful! I ordered 2 "American Handmade" hats about two weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I keep getting emails to update the status of the shipping which is clearly coming from China and the tracking number shows incorrect and no details. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM

I ordered 2 Marine Corps Braclets. I received the item shipped from China. Not American made. I am a Marine Corps Veteran. I have to doubt if this person is even a Veteran. I have asked to return the order the day I received it. Supposed to be no questions asked. Email Alanhandicrats 2 times with no response. Contacted my credit card company. They issued a refund on my account. Stay away from Alanhandicrafts. Not an honorable business. Order # 5750 Order date 5.23.2026 Delivered around 6/15/2026

The order went through with no problems for these "handmade by a veteran" bee watering stations, and the items arrived promptly and well-packaged. HOWEVER - the items were shipped direct from China and were in no manner hand-crafted.

I feel conned.

Poor quality product from China. Ordered a two car emblems, and received two that didn't even include the adhesive attached to them. The backside of the emblems are hallow and so the only point of contact to the adhesive is the outline which drastically reduces the surface contact. I doubt these will last a week on the car.

What I crock of sh** this place is. The product I purchase is crap, simply crap, certainly not worth the money I paid for it. And it sure as hell wasn't made in the U.S. The product originated in China! Now I'm stuck for the money. Only found out after the fact that this place is a fraud. My bad! I'll be WAY more careful the next time around.

This website is fraudulent. It has a veteran in an army shirt and claims handcrafted and American made. I purchased a 250 American birthday flag. The tracking said it was in China. The person I emailed said I was wrong. Clearly the item tracking was from China and when delivered the package said clearly made in China. This company no longer responds.
