I worked with Manoj for only of my travel bookings. Manoj was very helpful and knowledgeable to book tickets at cheapest possible price for my requirements. He also followed up and reviewed all the changes and updates very carefully.

Fraud agency, very bad at handling cancelations.

They changed my itinerary and took my consent by trick. When I booked tickets there were only 4 hours layovers at Mumbai. Now they did 11 hours layovers. They are scam please beware as do not buy tickets to save couple dollars.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Alanita Travels. Throughout the booking process, I encountered inconsistent information regarding fares and policies.

For example, I was quoted a one-way ticket fare of over $1000 during a phone conversation, yet the Alanita website displayed a price of $853 for the same itinerary. Within just a few hours, I was informed of an additional cost of $413, and later told that the fare had increased again to over $1000.

This level of inconsistency and lack of clarity made the entire process confusing and frustrating. I expected a more transparent and professional approach from a travel agency, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

Dilip from Alanita travels has been extremely helpful in finding the tickets for my family in a short time. He followed up proactively with everything.

Very poor customer service. They don’t follow any protocol or formal discussions. They charged $600 cancellation charge for my ticket where airlines charged only $200. And yet to give proper explanation. They tell you to pay cancellation charge before cancelling and refund very less amount. Please don’t fall for cheap tickets. It’s a scam

Alanita travel is a scam. Please do not use them. They gave me a lower price on ticket booking but my flight got cancelled and airline was providing full refund without any penalty but due to this travel agency in the middle I had to go through them for cancellation and they scam customers by charging $35 per passenger as cancellation fee and the travel agent Divya lied to me that they are paying this amount to airline which is completely wrong.Also they charge this fee through zelle payment only . Please do not fall for their lower prices you will end up paying more if you have to make any changes for any reason.

We ran into an emergency situation during transit at Frankfurt and couldn't continue our journey. Kevin (frisco branch) from Alanita worked really hard to get us back a refund from Lufthansa. I am happy with Alanita team and their dedication especially Kevin who was very thorough and pursued our case
