The shipping was okay wasn't expecting it to come fast because of where its coming from. I got this bag as a birthday gift for a special friend. When it came in, I did inspect it. The leather wasn't good quality. It felt old, used, like it had been on the shelf for decades. On the seam of the threads were plastic that I had to sit and pull them out. So im just praying the bag will hold up to the use.

The merchandise appears well-made, I have not used it yet so not able to tell comfort or manageability with contents but the material feels genuine.

I am very satisfied with my purchase, the leather quality and craftsmanship is top notch, I would highly recommend this product.

Love my new leather backpack. I only with the zippers were a little easier to open. I fear they might break but I am under warranty for a year so I will see. Great look and functionality

My husband purchased this wallet thinking it was American made based on the name of the company. He should have researched better. However it was already purchased when I looked into the company. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and telling him it will be fine the reviews were decent. Unfortunately when it finally arrived we were extremely disappointed. The wallet is not stitched through and was coming apart to the point that you can see the glue that was used to slap it together. Definitely not a quality leather product. It looks cheap and was a complete waste of money.

The leather bag was nice but paying the duty tax by an unexpected FedEx bill was not expected. Tariffs and fees are not paid by Alaskan Leather Company. This company ships products in from Pakistan.

The company posted a reply, which is NOT true. I am still getting bills from FedEx despite my appeal to Alaskan Leather company and FedEx.

Ordering from the website was easy. Great product but it was packed so that it was terribly creased when my wife opened it.

Very happy with this company and their products. Purchased a leather backpack as a gift. Product was shipped a couple of days after order, and shipping was reasonably quick, considering it was from Karachi to the US. Quality of the backpack looks to be very good, quality leather w/ no defects, zippers look sturdy, and great looking overall. I highly recommend this company.

My son loves this backpack! He will be graduating and will start teaching this item soon will flow seamlessly into his new job thank you.

My spam filter prevented the automatic email with order confirmation, but they quickly replied with the order confirm, number and tracking information as soon as it was ready. Shipping was super quick, getting my gift delivered on time and the bag ordered is high quality, really gorgeous and exactly as I was expecting and hoping for

Great product! Great quality and finitions!! We had some problem with UPS and the French customs, I had to pay an 115 euros extra cost, but it's not ALC fault, only my country and there tax... But despite this extra cost, I'm really happy about the product!! Many thanks to ALC for them quick respond. Will recommend!

Because it says "Alaska Leather Co. I assumed it was made in Alaska.
If I had known it was from Pakistan I never would have bought it.

Bought the Ferguson Leather Flight Bag. Shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent. The bag looks outstanding and the leather is top quality. This certainly won’t be my last purchase. Highly recommended.
