The return process has been quick and efficient, and the customer service has been friendly, responsive, and professional throughout. I really appreciate the smooth communication and prompt assistance.

was delivered the wrong package by the shipping company. I had to spend a lot of time contacting Alas Silk + shipping company because of this and had to wait a very long time for Alas Silk to send a new package. No compensation for this. Which is very disappointing as I have paid a very expensive shipping price to get my delivery. I hope others don't end up in the same situation as I got the item I ordered too late for what I needed it for.

I loved the quality and fast shipping

Merino leggings are super soft and comfortable. Perfect for layering in winter but I’ll definitely wear them in spring under skirts or shorts. They fit a bit loose so don’t expect sportswear like leggings effect and they need brushing once in a while. But still I love them and I am interested in trying other basics from this brand!
