Michael Ward was always patient and helpful: answering my questions, explaining the purchase process, reviewing specifications when I had narrowed down the flat, and recommending a suitable mortgage. I received an offer within a couple weeks of reaching out! And closer to completion he helped me get a better product from the lender within days. It was a pleasure working with Michael and I would definitely go back for remortgaging options as well!
